Moments into Memories!
Excellent service, organisation and customer care. Great communication, went above and beyond and in turn provided an excellent customer experience.
Wonderful trip, Kenya certainly has a way of getting under your skin.
We are already planning our next trip and would certainly use Safari Club and no other actually.

All our requirements were efficiently met; pre-trip information was excellent and accurate.
We have always had quick and clear responses to emails. Our expectations were fully met; our safari experience as usuam exceeded our expectations.
We have used Safari Club over the years for the arrangements for several safari holidays in Botswana, Namibia and Zambia.

First class!! Amazingly friendly staff who are happy to help make a lifelong dream come true
I was recommended to contact Safari Club, Paul and Ellie. I gave them most probably the shortest time ever to organise a trip to help me fulfil a lifelong dream and wow...did they come through. They were so friendly and asked me lots of questions about what I want to experience rather than focusing on selling the most the expensive tour.
My solo trip took me to Kenya on a 3 day safari to Maasai Mara and 6 day beach holiday. I stayed at Little Governors Camp, all the staff there were ever so friendly going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe...this is an open camp and the animals walk through any time of day or night. You are effectively in their home and as long as you respect them they will respect you. I had lunch with warthogs, zebras, giraffes and many more animals just walking on by. I met an experienced safari traveller at the camp and we had a great guide who explained everything to us about the land, animal habits and how to get the best experience.
Going in October you do risk getting caught out in the rain, and that did happen one afternoon but it just meant the next day was a beautiful sunny day with the animals out in force and I was lucky enough to see the Big 5. I had 2 wonderful friends surprise me with a balloon safari trip - hot air balloon over the Mara at sunrise finishing with a champagne breakfast.
Travelling on my own I was a little apprehensive but all the staff from the lady meeting me off the plane, drivers taking me from airport to airport/ hotel, pilots, camp staff to hotel staff were super friendly, well organised and put me straight at ease.
I would 100% recommend, and have been since coming back, Safari Club as the company to help anyone organise a safari holiday. They have actually been on all the holiday packages they sell and can give you first hand experience of to what to expect.
Thank you again Paul and Ellie for making a life-long dream come true!!

Safari Club - the only contact you need to plan, book and deliver your perfect holiday!
Having used Safari Club for holidays to Botswana. Zambia and now Tanzania I have no hesitation in recommending their service to anyone. They will provide a range of itineraries for you to choose from, but are also quite happy to tailor it to suit your own requests and requirements. The staff have a really strong knowledge base and no questions remain unanswered. All of our trips have gone smoothly including local flights and transfers. The quality of the lodges has been fantastic and the game viewing superb on all our trips to date. If you are thinking of booking a safari holiday then get in touch with Safari Club - you won't be disappointed!

Very helpful throughout and certainly delivered the goods at the end of the day.
Thought Safari Club were most helpful in their arranging of the trip always being prepared to make any adjustments to meet our personal needs. All the arrangements were first class and all modes of transportation were waiting to meet us at every stage of our journey Overall the trip certainly lived up to our expectations and more, and provided us with a great experience of living in the bush with excellent wildlife viewing at both of the camps we stayed at. We certainly would have no hesitation in using Safari Club again.

Just great, completely reliable
From the first meeting with the Downhills I had confidence the holiday would be great. Their choices of accommodation, itinerary and Safari were exceptional and the little things they thought of to make things easier for us( not their youngest clients ) turned out to be perfect and made the holiday. Loved Capetown, and So glad we chose (on your advice )an Eastern cape Safari. Shamwari was superb. Very special hotels in winelands something we will never forget. Thank you. Recommend you every time.

Excellent service and custom itinerary
Excellent service from talking about initial thoughts, refining to a series of options, to selecting one and customising for our particular preferences. Have used twice and would use again.

Our first safari and all expectations were exceeded. A truly fantastic and memorable holiday.
The tour devised by Safari Club for our first ever safari was excellent. Prior to booking they spent a lot of time talking to us to confirm our expectations from a safari, the wildlife we preferred to see, and the type of accommodation most suited to us.
Communication from booking to date of travel was also first class. The advice on clothing to wear/toiletries to take/currency/advice on tipping was extremely useful.
The tour itself was very well organised. We travelled to three camps, each with their own individual charms. The standard of accommodation, service (camp staff and guides), and quality of food were all excellent.
We were recommended to Safari Club by a previous customer who has travelled with them many times.
In summary, we were very impressed with the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of staff at Safari Club. Customer service was excellent and I would have no hesitation booking with them again.

Friendly, efficient and professional.
We constructed our Ugandan tour starting from a quite basic template with the assistance of Paul and Ellie of Safari Club. We were able to tailor it to perfectly meet our requirements. The itinerary we finished with was superb on paper, and I'm glad to say superb 'in execution' as well! We had a fantastic trip with absolutely no glitches, and felt we really experienced Uganda in the best possible way, through the plans we had put in place with the expert and personalised assistance of the Safari Club. They come strongly recommended by me - I hope to use them again in the near future, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to friends and family.

Perfect Arrangements
Having been to Kenya many times, I have now used Safari Club twice to book a safari in Kenya. Both safaris worked like clockwork with their Kenya based agents being timely in pick ups from Jomo Kenyatta and from our Nairobi hotel out to Wilson Airport. Likewise on returning back at Wilson their Kenya based agents were there to meet us and take us to Ole Sereni before heading out to the airport. I will certainly use Safari Club again for future trips to Kenya or elsewhere in Africa if the occasion arises. I should add that for our first trip with Safari Club, Sosian in the Laikipia District was an excellent recommendation by Paul Downhill and they were very willing to book the places I wanted to stay at namely Loldia House on the banks of Lake Naivasha and Governors Camps in the Masai Mara.
