Most fantastic trip ever!!!
Emmelyn from Savannah Tours arranged an 18 day safari to Botswana and Zimbabwe for four of us in June-July of 2021. It was EXCELLENT. She was very professional and was always available if we ran into any problems. Best part was an 8 night Mobile Safari where we camped in Moremi, Khwai and Suvuti. My wife and I are both 75 and had some concerns if it would be to difficult. Not to worry, we had a support staff of 9 to take care of our every whims. Imagine camping in the wilderness and hearing the lions roaring and night, and getting up to warm water and fresh baked bread!!! It was wonderful, absolutely the best part of our adventure. YOUR MUST TRY THIS!!!!
I cannot stress enough what wonderful trip this was!!! It far exceeded our wildest expectations and was handled so well that we had the time of our lives. And knowing that Emmelyn was always available to answer any questions or solve any problem made it truly worry free. She handled all our required covid tests so they were effortless.
Thank you Emmelyn for doing such a wonderful job. We will always remember our African Safari Adventure!!!!!!!

Rip off for average package with positive attirude
Over priced package was for the oldest, simplest jeep, below average food, ontime but unaware people of details and what the package covers...charged for average available hotels highly, ticket copies and our bill were not adding up....very accommodating boss but no answers on billing correction or refunds..highly disappointing price quality...prefer South Africa experience be it for price quality relationships or honesty in offer!

Very good choice for a safari in Tanzania.
We , "four very mature girls", decided to see the Great Migration in Tanzania. We had been earlier on safaris in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana but we were told that the best safari is in Tanzania. Now that we’ve come back, I can definitely say that it is true. We chose Savannah Tours Ltd. and it was a very good choice. From the beginning our contact with the company was very good. Our program of a six-day private safari had been decided over email. We also liked the proposed accommodation. Ikoma Tented Camp is situated on the migration route and indeed we could observe thousands of traveling animals from the terrace of our tent or even while eating breakfast. View of the crater, through the window room in Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge, is really breathtaking. Our safari was amazing, we saw a lot of animals, and experienced some unforgettable moments. Our driver Ewa was very friendly and really looked after us so we could feel safe. The car was well-equipped and clean. We got it all for a very reasonable price. Without any hesitation I’d recommend this company for a safari in Tanzania.

Super flexible and nice driver, lots of animals seen and nice lodges!
We did 1 week-safari with our driver Godson and it was very nice even if tiring (the road to and from Serengeti Park is really awful). We visited 4 parks: Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro (the most impressive), Serengeti and Tarangire and stayed in all the Sopa lodges (excellent service and food and good mood). We saw the big 5 after 3 days and were very happy with our driver: really friendly, understanding, flexible and really human (he only proposed but wasn't pushing us to commercial things such as Maasai village or shops). The car was confortable, also.

Excellent Savannah Tours
Me and 3 friends from Switzerland did a safari in Northern Tanzania for 8 days, visiting Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti with Savannah Tours.
They were excellent, everything was perfectly planned into the last detail, and we had a great and very helpful guide / driver - could not have been better!
I would strongly recommend Savannah Tours to anyone planning to travel to Tanzania.

Serengti experience!
We booked with Savannah via a referral from a friend and were not disappointed. The booking process was pretty straight forward and Savannah helped us put together a program that met all our needs. The upgrade to the Kuria Hills was well worth it and was amazing. Our driver Lesley was knowledgeable and very polite, making sure our needs were met and being flexible on start and finishing times.
