The best and most knowledgeable tour operator in Tanzania!
This was by far THE BEST outfitter to climb Kilimanjaro on the 7 day Rongai Route and experience a luxury safari with. I felt like a Queen(as much as I could climbing the highest mountain in Africa), with the best support team possible. The porters took care of everything and our guides made sure we were safe, pole pole, and got us up the mountain. We were kinda a fast bunch and the encouragement and scenery made is go by pretty fast. The food was delicious and the kindness and effort were so appreciated way above the top!!! As an example of their awesomeness…. We lost our luggage for 3 days not knowing if it was coming. They did not miss a beat and got us a deal on rental clothing (the day most shops were closed), and when our bags arrived in Arusha, they had porters bring us our gear while on the mountain. Really I was so grateful and amazed at the service and care! They strive for the best success and experience possible of those in their care! They are the best! They will even talk to you as you climb! Ben and Steve! You Rock! Florent thanks so much for the trip of a lifetime!! And I highly recommend the safari. We just did 2 days which was perfect for us after Kili. But would like to come again and do a whole week! Asante Sana a thousand times!!!

Great Safari Experience
We had a two day overnight stay in Tarangire National Park with Snow Africa Adventures, based in Arusha Tanzania. We were accompanied by the company owner, Florent, and guide Godfrey. Highly recommended - both nice guys and both with good English! The recommendation to stay overnight was from Snow Africa - it allowed us to do a night drive in the park that night which was well worth while. On day 2, they also recommended that we drive deeper into the park which also paid off. Many more animals and a lot less people! Our guides, both locals, had a huge amount of knowledge of all the animals birds and vegetation and know what they're doing. Our 2 days with them passed very quickly. We talked, looked, laughed and learned for the entire time. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Snow Africa Adventures. Booking and communication from Australia was easy and prompt both on line and via email and the trip went without a hitch. Our truck was in great condition and our every need was readily catered for. They provide safari tours all around the area and climbs to Mt Kilimanjaro as well - we hope to return to Tanzania and when we do, will use them again for sure.

Trek of a lifetime
The diversity of Kilimanjaro makes the 8 day Lemosho trek an absolutely unforgettable one. Hussein was a knowledgeable, funny and supportive guide who made every effort to ensure clients enjoyed each day, regardless of conditions on the mountain (it's all part of embracing the adventure!). Being my first time at altitude, having sufficient time to acclimatise and a team that made sure we were well setup and well fed everyday definitely made a difference. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional, I have been to kili 9 times before, these guys are the best!
I have been to Tanzania and climbed Kili 9 times in the past. I was working as a mountain guide then, so I am well rounded in knowing what to expect on the mountain. This time was special, I brought my wife and kids, who are 15 and 17. And I have a friend who brought his family also. So, 9 folks total on our expedition. We all made it safely to the summit and back down.
Florent and his team of porters, guides, and cooks were critical to the success of our entire team both on the mountain and on Safari. They were kind and professional, and the food on mountain was fantastic. My son is sensitive to Gluten, so Joshua split his kitchen and cooked every meal for us separately so there were no problems. They also filtered water and made sure that we were well taken care of so no problems with anyone getting stomach sick. No one was sick on our team, we did experience some travelers diarrhea, but no real stomach bugs, which is also rare and a testament to how well his staff took care of all of us.
This is the 2nd time I have worked with Florent and his team, they are stellar, I would not hesitate to recommend Snow Africa above any of the other folks I have worked with on the past, and I will continue to use his services for my next visit.

Magnificent Company!
I embarked on the trip of a lifetime to climb Mount Kilimanjaro via the 8-day Lemosho Route. While there are so many big named companies out there with the fancy bells and whistles, I chose Snow Africa Adventures initially because they are locally owned and a member of KPAP. From my first inquiry, the owner Florent was incredibly patient and prompt in answering all my questions. As a solo female climber, I needed to have all my basis covered and my goodness they really delivered! I could write an entire book raving about the professionalism of this team but more importantly, they treated me like family. During this journey, I because little sister to my spectacular guide - Hussein, phenomenal cook - Chimbae, and the many hardworking porters - Steven AKA Mabula, Shaban AKA Pilot, Justin, Onesmo, Godchance, Emmanuel, Josephat, Jingu, and Frank; and driver Cyril. They all work in tandem and are a well oiled machine! I couldn't have made it to the top without them. I tear up thinking about the support I received from these guys!
Booking with Snow Africa Adventures was one of the best decision I've ever made. The company you choose can make or break your climb. It was a challenging climb but they made it so worth it! Even though we all wanted me to get to the summit, my health and safety was still paramount to them, and I am so thankful for that.
I was also able to squeeze in a day of Safari at Tarangire National Park thanks to recommendation from Florent. What a trip this was, I will never forget it!! Asante Sana, Snow Africa Adventures!!
