Very professional but also gentle and friendly since preparation of the offert. Clear and tempestive comunications, attention to our request and needs . All the steps of the journey were prepared in excellent mode and respected our expectations. To take in mind for other trips.
Excellent service
ATI provided an excellent service, always more than happy to help with any request that we had, and they ensured that we had a wonderful holiday. Communication was excellent, and all accommodation booked was perfect. The only thing that we would have changed is revising some of the driving times on the Botswana safari element as the road quality meant very long days, and arriving late in camp.
