The unforgettable experience!
Our combined Kenya/Tanzania tour turned out to be a great adventure with superb guides and drivers, especially Tom in Kenya! The organization of the tour was excellent thanks to Edwina and she was extremely helpful in customizing our almost three weeks long trip by adding extra safari days and destinations and adjusting it perfectly to our budget. Edwina responded also very quickly to any questions and concerns we had before the trip. And when we arrived she even took an extra round to the airport to pick up our delayed luggage so we could start our vacation as soon as possible.
The lodges were all selected not only for comfort but above all for views and proximity to animals. Days were filled with wildlife watching, very successful too. Tom, as mentioned, was a great guide, great with finding animals for us, but we also appreciate very much his driving skills (we felt safe at all times on the African roads).
All in all, this was a great trip and we sincerely recommend Africa Travel Waves Safaris as tour operator in Africa. We hope we get the chance to travel with them again!

Greatly organized safari with tremendous guides
We enjoyed very much an over two weeks safari organised by Safari Travel Waves in Kenya and Tanzania . Our drivers/guides Tom and Thomas were extremely nice and helpful trying to show as much as possible of the National Parks beauty and wildness . The trip was very well prepared and everything was working according the previously agreed with Edwina and her team precise schedule and budget . Edwina was extremely patient answering to all our questions prior to our arrival .We strongly recommend Africa Travel Ways as your tourist agent for wonderful holidays in Africa.

What an amazing experience and service!
Through connection, we got hold Edwina Ngigi, the travel agent for Africa Travel Safaris and we are glad we did do business with her. Three families from San Diego, CA got connected with her and we had several skype meetings to customize the 2-week Safari tour for us. The agent was very courteous and educative to prepare us for the tour. The agent was very considerate in accommodating our vegetarian meal needs and in taking care of the group of 13 starting from and to Nairobi airport for a total of 16 days. Those 16 days of experience was amazing with quality of safari, knowledgeable drivers and guides, plenty of choice of food for each meal, morning and evening safaris, comfortable vehicles, arrangement of visas to cross between Tanzania and Kenya, etc. Overall, our 13-member group had fantastic experience (one in life time) and strongly recommend using this company for future Safari tours

Wonderful vacation with beautiful sites and accommodations.
African Travel Waves Safari did everything they said and then some. We had excellent communications prior to our trip and they accommodated all of our requests. They were prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about what is needed in a successful safari. We traveled to three parks and the lodging and meals were wonderful. The game drives were excellent and we saw many many African animals up close. Our driver, Tom was a great guide for us. He knew what, where and when to look for all the animals we saw. excellent tour of Nairobi national park
I had a great experience with Africa travel waves. My driver/guide Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and knew how to find them. Their pop-up roof Jeep was great, I had an awesome view of all the animals. Tom radioed with the other guides in the park and as a result we saw 4 lions, which was incredible. I can't recommend Africa travel waves highly enough. They were also more reasonably priced than the other options I researched.

Great experience!
My friend and I travelled with this group for a 5 day safari in the Masai Mara. Edwina is extremely helpful and accommodating and also makes some really cool suggestions. In our 5 days we flew from Nairobi into the Masai Mara, stayed at 3 different amazing lodges and went on safari every morning and afternoon to different areas. We also did the hot air balloon ride followed by a champagne brunch! We have recommended them to many of our friends since and they have never failed to satisfy! 5 stars plus! Not to be missed!
