Tailor Made Safaris were able to make my plans work, where I couldn't do it on my own.
Tailor Made Safaris put together a tour package with exactly the places I wanted to go. They were able to provide all the transportation between camps and to and from the airport. I knew where I wanted to stay and they put it all together for me. Every thing went as planned. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It was an unknown area and we felt looked after and very well taken care of.
Communications were always prompt and especially on a self drive we always felt there was someone we could contact if we needed to. Fortunately we did not. but the comfort factor was good.
GPS phone and coordinates worked well, always accurate especially where road signs were lacking.

Truly amazing experience for both parents and kids!
A self-drive tour through South Africa’s Elephant coast with 4 adults and 4 children (6, 7, 8 & 9). This could possibly be a recipe for disaster, but it turned out to be the best holiday ever!
We did not want to visit the standard parks, but wanted a somewhat different experience, without putting too much of a burden on the children. After consultation with ‘Tailor made safari’s’ we decided to trust them with our wishes. They appeared to have so much knowledge and they did a truly amazing job!
Everything was well taken care of by them. The route, with help of the navigation device the company provided for us, was well described in the itinerary. We even received a phone call from them in order to guide us when the road was temporarily blocked. What a service!
The accommodations were simply amazing. They made sure the lodges-tents-house where child friendly: there was a pool for the kids to enjoy themselves and room for them to play. So thoughtful! Because of this the kids were able to keep up with two game drives almost every day we visited a game park. They absolutely loved it! And off course, we did also.
What is left are some fantastic memories that will last a lifetime. Although, we might want to come back… that’s how much we liked this experience. Thank you, people from ‘Tailor made safari’s’ for making this possible.

A 10+ for our experience with Tailor Made Safaris. From beginning to end it exceeded our expectation
We came into contact with them through the holiday fair in Holland and were impressed with their presentation. We booked the Elephant Coast safari with them and the communication with them ( what do we want, budget) was without any problem. I also liked the personal contact with them. When we arrived in Durban our suitcases where left behind. They immediately took over and arranged everything for us and kept us posted so we knew what was going on and later the same day the suitcases arrived in our lodge. Al we needed to do was to enjoy our time there. The fact that we received a beautiful travelbook together with the phone and navigation was perfect. Step by step was very wel explained in the book. We truly felt their involvement. We have already decided that in two years time we will book another holiday with them. I can recommend Tailor Made Safaris to everybody. We have had a mar-ve-lous trip; perfectly organized, full of enthusiasm, empathy and the willingness to arrange a great deal. The manual that is the travel book, I call it our magic book, opened almost all doors. Almost all information was perfect; coordinates, distances, circumstances, tips, recommended departure times and additional information. The fact that employees are familiar with most accommodations keeps the lines very short. Angela was always "close by" and available almost all day and night; always willing to support. She even visited us at the lodge in St. Lucia. We particularly appreciated that.
Small, but very useful or important tips indicate that they have really thought about everything. Remarks about possible salt in the photo equipment for whale watching; and there even being a rain program, which we did not have to use.
To criticize anything on traveling is almost impossible which is the "problem" for your organization; to maintain this enormously high level in the coming years. Good luck with that, but you are guaranteed to succeed.

We have been in contact with this organization since the travel fair last January, and immediately we were appealed to them, simply because the whole trip can be put together according to your own wishes.
From the beginning to the end, it was perfectly arranged! Two weeks before departure, we received a personalized book containing our travel information, which was all very clear. On arrival we were received in a kind and friendly way and received a box with cellphone, which contained a GPS, internet and required telephone numbers. There were also other supplies for the car, such as plugs and chargers within the box. Angela even visited us during our stay in St. Lucia.
There were many options available, during which Tailor Made Safaris gave us many tips. The accommodations were all in great condition. If we had any questions, Angela or her colleagues, were easy to reach out to and they responded very quick. Even in bad (weather) circumstances, they immediately gave us other alternatives for activities.
It was an unforgettable trip for us, even with a marriage proposal. Tailor Made Safaris has thought carefully about the most perfect location. We definitely recommend a trip through South Africa with Tailor Made Safaris!!
