Most Amazing Experience Ever
5/5

My wife and I travelled to Kenya and went with Trevaron 9 day tour. We have been to many places in the world and this trip was ranked in the top 3. The knowledge and cooperation of Trevaron staff was well beyond the call of duty. Upon arriving in Nairobi, my wife's luggage was lost. Hannah, the manager, dealt directly with airline staff to find the luggage and have it picked up for us 2 days later. We stayed in Nairobi a few days - nothing really special there. But one we left the city and started our safari, it was like in a completely different world. People should not worry about security outside Nairobi. Accommodations were wonderful, always clean, large, and with many amenities. Most have swimming pools, and the food was excellent. My wife is gluten intolerant and the chefs met her every day to discuss food alternatives. We had 2 a day safari drives in 4 different safari parks. Our driver/guide - Joshua - knew everything there was to know about the animals/birds. He was also hilarious and kept us in stitches the whole trip. Warning - there is a lot of driving over rough roads. I think we saw ever wild animal and bird known to mankind. We did not go during migration, but saw everything anyway - many herds. Going off-season was fortunate in several ways because we could get up close and personal with the animals. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Well organised efficient and caring.
5/5

The Safari Tour was awesome every detail of the travel was taken care of. Kenya is a beautiful country and Trevaron tours highlighted every feature leaving an everlasting impression. Our guide Simon was a charming young man knowledgeable about Kenya wild life and exactly where to spot and view the animals. Patient and warm. Recommend Trevaron Tours - will not regret it.

a travel agent who listens
5/5

I chose to book with Serah because she came recommended by a friend. I had never met Serah previously and all communication was done via email from my home-town Perth, Australia. It was to be a get-together of 4 old school mates and three of the spouses; One couple from the US, one from Malawi and two from Australia. Serah is the first travel agent I have come across - and we travel a lot - who actually listens to your needs AND attends to the requests. She was always mindful of replying in a timely manner to all emails. As the group co-ordinator of this particular trip my fellow travellers said it was the best safari they had been on. And these are all ex- Kenyans!
Without Serah's able organisation I am sure we would not have had such a delightful and memorable trip to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Parks. I cannot recommend Seraj highly enough.

Its a pleasure to work with Trevaron Tours. They are very familiar with the safaris. They cater to your needs and your budget. Their drivers/guides communicate with us very well and their knowledge of the animals
and their habits is excellent! They pick you up at Nairobi airport and bring you back to Nairobi ... all satisfied
and excited about the entire trip! Hats off to Trevaron management to put together an enjoyable safari.
I strongly recommend Trevaron to plan your safari.

5/5

It starts with our initial emails dealing with Hannah. She is so professional, nothing is ever a problem for her and she only uses top guides and properties. Her advise is invaluable and it is a privilege to work with people like this. They are a 5 star PLUS organisation and you can be assured of 100% dedication to your booking.

Very well organised and our tour guide and our guide Simon was very knowledgeable.
5/5

The tour was very well coordinated by Hannah and the itinerary suggested was well thought out and covered both Savannah and Lakeshore environments. The accommodation selected was very comfortable indeed with Sweetwaters exceptional and in retrospect we should have stayed an extra day in either Amboseli or Masai Mara. The latter was the pick of the bunch especially at this time of year with the migration on. It was a pity that we did not witness a crossing and the absence of Flamingos at Lake Nakuru which seems to have man made factors contributing to the fact is a cause for environmental and tourist concern. Our guide Simon was excellent, a safe driver , ever so knowledgeable and understood a photographers viewpoint as well and positioned us for some lovely shots. We would without hesitation use Trevaron again if the opportunity arose and do Samburu in the hope of catching the elusive leopard that we missed. In essence the tour was all that we hoped it would be and our family carry long cherished memories and friendships from this experience.

Most awesome experience of the African Safari !!!
4/5

We started our journey from Nairobi Airport, where we were greeted by our Tour Manager (Trevaron
Travel &Tours Ltd) Ms. Hannah & were briefed about our Kenyan safari. We had opted for a customized
tour just for the two of us in a Land Cruiser with a guide / driver Mr. Simon, who was not only an expert
driver, & a knowledgeable guide, but also a fantastic ambassador for Kenyan tourism.
The hotels were all in exotic locations, we could get good Indian food in all the places & the Kenyan
people were very friendly & courteous. All in all it was a wonderful life-time experience & a dream come
true for us !!!

Very nice experience from our booking till the end of our safari. Excellent guide/driver!
4/5

Overall a very satisfying safari. Good service and nice lodges. We will most likely use Trevaron for our next safari as well. The only thing that could have been better was the standard of the Landcruiser (seats).

A great12 day tour arranged by Trevaron Tours
4/5

Ours was a 12 day tour arranged by Hannah of Trevaron Tours in September 2013. She was there to received us at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and personally guided us to the Safari Park Hotel for our first night in Kenya. From there Simon, our capable and affable guide and driver for the next 11 days took over - Masai Mara ( Serena Lodge) for 4 days, Lake Nakuru Lodge, Mt. Kenya National Park Mountain Lodge, Samburu Game Park Lodge and our last night at the Mt. Kenya Safari Club. The game lodges that were arranged for us were excellent and the wild life viewing was great except for lake Nakuru where due excessive flooding, the alkaline nature of the lake had changed resulting in the flamingos flying to other alkaline lakes. We went on to Lake Bagoria where we did see some flamingos but not in such great numbers as we had seen on a previous visit to Kenya. Our visit to Kenya in September was dictated by non availability of accommodation in the Mara in August. We did see the end of the great migration but the best time would be August, to be there in the middle of it. So book early.
