Fantastic operator
My father has been telling me to take him to Tanzania, the country he was born in for as long as i can remember. He has been wanting to go back to see the 2 towns he grew up in. I always said no as i thought it was too dangerous (what was i thinking? Its not!). As my parents hit their 40th wedding anniversary I thought it was now or never and began researching. 55yrs is long enough for dad to wait!! I contacted at least 20 companies and was about to give up when i came across a few recommendations for Ubon Safari. So, i contacted them. From our first encounter, i knew Umang and Beena (Bee Gossain) were the people who were going to make my dads wishes come true and off we went planning the most incredible trip. I was put at ease instantly, no question was silly and no request too much. Questions repeated over and over were happily answered. I felt incredibly confident and excited. No concerns whatsoever, all thanks to the hard work, time and effort Umang and Beena put into planning these trips. They are so dedicated that they go to Africa for a few months every year to meet with hotels and give feedback. When we hit a number of issues on the holiday, they were right there with us working hard to resolve them. To know we had that help immediately is no small thing. Beena and Umang are so passionate about giving the best trip, they wont rest if any small thing goes wrong until its resolved. Their drivers and cars made this trip that much more amazing...7 days in Serengeti and 7 in Zanzibar can be hard going on some of the rough roads, and in the boats, especially for my mum who has severe rheumatoid arthritis but the cars were so comfy you dont notice and the drivers so good you feel safe. Mum had no problems! Unknown to us Beena had arranged a surprise bush dinner, which was incredible and a last min hot air balloon ride, which was so much fun. We also had ppl travelling on excursions with us to ensure my parents were well taken care of...its these small things that made the trip. We were spoilt! I cant thank Ubon enough, I cant recommend them enough and we can't wait to book another trip with them. Sadly we cant join them on the amazing trip to south serengeti and Zambia next year, which will be epic. If you want to go to Africa contact Ubon, you wont be disappointed.

Me and my brother really enjoined the travelling on the safari (Udzungwa-Mountains-Nationalpark and)
Our driver sixmundi had a big knowledge and we learn a lot about the culture, nature and the people. We see a lot of animals in Ruaha and the hike to the waterfall Sanje in Udzungwa-Mountains-Nationalpark was incredible! We spend more money that we expected, but it was worth for it! Thank you beena for all organizations in this short time!

Determination to perfection
The communication throughout my safari in the beautiful Ruaha National Park was outstanding. Due to its very personal note, I felt extremely well looked after. The service was just excellent and Umang was determined to make my trip perfect. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure dealing with such a highly professional, knowledgeable, and well-organised team.
We wanted a Tanzanian safari followed by a few days on the beach in Zanzibar. After a couple of phone calls with Umang, he devised a terrific itinerary based on our requirements and budget, and including several features we hadn’t considered. All his recommendations, especially for lodges and hotels, turned out to be excellent.
Our expectations for the trip were very high, but were frequently exceeded. Maybe we got lucky with the wildlife on safari, or maybe it was down to Ali, our guide, but each day turned out to deliver an even better experience than the day before, which just didn’t seem possible.
And Umang stayed discretely in touch during our trip, courtesy of WhatsApp (Tanzania has extensive free WifI), and was even able to help us recover when we arrived by air in Zanzibar but our luggage continued onwards to Dar es Salaam...
We cannot speak more highly of the team at UBON Safari and would recommend them without hesitation.

A Flawless Experience!!!!
Ubon Safari not only lived up to my expectations, they went over it.
We schedule a trip with Ubon Safari to Botswana, Zimbabwe, Uganda, we were a group of 6.
It was a quite complicated schedule because of all the transfers we needed, and it was flawless, everything, but i mean every single detail was taken care of, we went to the best places, and had the best experiences and I have no doubt that it was ll their responsibility.
Further more, all along the way, they were on top of our trip.
I will, with no doubt, travel with them again, and recommended for sure.

Amazing Trip with UBON Safari
We just got back from our Amazing 20 days trip to Dar-es-salaam,Serengeti,Ngorongoro and Zanzibar.Wow what a life time experience.
Firstly I would like to Thank Umang and Beena from UBON safari for creating such a nice itenary for us.we enjoyed every hotel they recommended the drivers the guides everything was so perfect.Amazing thing was Beena was in constant touch with our drivers as well as us checking if everything was ok. I would say that’s the service we appreciated.

Excellent service - fabulous holiday
UBON Safari really go the extra mile to ensure your holiday is the best it can be. From the quick responses to any requests, to the personal touch they provide, this is an excellent company through which to plan a holiday.
I went to Zanzibar for a beach holiday and the beach lived up to expectation - white sand, turquoise sea and luminously green palm trees - while the hotel offered just what I was looking for - great food, plenty of drinks, good service and a huge room with a private garden. Incredible.

We had the most AMAZING time on safari in Tanzania - huge thanks to our guides at Ubon Safari. This was hands down the easiest, most organized trip we have ever planned/taken. During the planning process, Beena was always available for questions and suggestions. While on Safari, we were treated like royalty - providing guides/transports every step of the way, personally checking in to make sure we were doing well, and guiding us on the most magical vacation. The accommodations were 5 star, the knowledge of our guide, Ali was remarkable and the experience of seeing the beautiful country of Tanzania was something we will treasure forever.
