Determination to perfection
The communication throughout my safari in the beautiful Ruaha National Park was outstanding. Due to its very personal note, I felt extremely well looked after. The service was just excellent and Umang was determined to make my trip perfect. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure dealing with such a highly professional, knowledgeable, and well-organised team.
We wanted a Tanzanian safari followed by a few days on the beach in Zanzibar. After a couple of phone calls with Umang, he devised a terrific itinerary based on our requirements and budget, and including several features we hadn’t considered. All his recommendations, especially for lodges and hotels, turned out to be excellent.
Our expectations for the trip were very high, but were frequently exceeded. Maybe we got lucky with the wildlife on safari, or maybe it was down to Ali, our guide, but each day turned out to deliver an even better experience than the day before, which just didn’t seem possible.
And Umang stayed discretely in touch during our trip, courtesy of WhatsApp (Tanzania has extensive free WifI), and was even able to help us recover when we arrived by air in Zanzibar but our luggage continued onwards to Dar es Salaam...
We cannot speak more highly of the team at UBON Safari and would recommend them without hesitation.

A Flawless Experience!!!!
Ubon Safari not only lived up to my expectations, they went over it.
We schedule a trip with Ubon Safari to Botswana, Zimbabwe, Uganda, we were a group of 6.
It was a quite complicated schedule because of all the transfers we needed, and it was flawless, everything, but i mean every single detail was taken care of, we went to the best places, and had the best experiences and I have no doubt that it was ll their responsibility.
Further more, all along the way, they were on top of our trip.
I will, with no doubt, travel with them again, and recommended for sure.

Amazing Trip with UBON Safari
We just got back from our Amazing 20 days trip to Dar-es-salaam,Serengeti,Ngorongoro and Zanzibar.Wow what a life time experience.
Firstly I would like to Thank Umang and Beena from UBON safari for creating such a nice itenary for us.we enjoyed every hotel they recommended the drivers the guides everything was so perfect.Amazing thing was Beena was in constant touch with our drivers as well as us checking if everything was ok. I would say that’s the service we appreciated.
Definitely highly recommend company UBON safari.Cant wait for my safari with UBON Safari to South Africa.

Excellent service - fabulous holiday
UBON Safari really go the extra mile to ensure your holiday is the best it can be. From the quick responses to any requests, to the personal touch they provide, this is an excellent company through which to plan a holiday.
I went to Zanzibar for a beach holiday and the beach lived up to expectation - white sand, turquoise sea and luminously green palm trees - while the hotel offered just what I was looking for - great food, plenty of drinks, good service and a huge room with a private garden. Incredible.
I can't recommend UBON Safari highly enough.

We had the most AMAZING time on safari in Tanzania - huge thanks to our guides at Ubon Safari. This was hands down the easiest, most organized trip we have ever planned/taken. During the planning process, Beena was always available for questions and suggestions. While on Safari, we were treated like royalty - providing guides/transports every step of the way, personally checking in to make sure we were doing well, and guiding us on the most magical vacation. The accommodations were 5 star, the knowledge of our guide, Ali was remarkable and the experience of seeing the beautiful country of Tanzania was something we will treasure forever. A friend of us recommended UBON to plan our honeymoon - what a great advice! Beena has been the best travel agent we’ve worked with. Professional, hard worker and extremely knowledgeable. In the planning she made sure that we were choosing the right destinations, hotels and activities that would fit our expectations. She was very accommodating to our budget and dates. Once off to the adventure, not only she was available 24/7 (and very responsive), but she would check on us after flights/transfers/checking-ins to make sure everything was OK.

They put together this amazing trip for us to celebrate my dad’s big birthday in Tanzania & Zanzibar (where he was born). The whole trip was very special for us all.
The guides were fantastic they went above and beyond to ensure our trip was special - treated us like royalty. Ally was amazing - he ensured was saw the big 5 and more! Ahmed and Mtoo in Zanzibar also just amazing too had a great tour of stone town and the spice tour.
The staff at all the hotel were like family they knew who we were without even introduction - they ensured we had the best stay and food!!
Umang was available throughout the whole trip - you would never get this with a normal travel agent. Beena and Umang are just the perfect team and their passion for Africa can be seen in the amazing itinerary’s they put together for their clients. All the surprises you had for my parents were just so lovely - they absolutely loved being spoilt!
I reccomend UBON safari for all trips to Africa - they have all the knowledge and passion for Africa I look forward to booking all future tours with them (I would not book with anyone else!)
