Highly efficient, trustworthy, experienced, friendly, professional - the BEST in East Africa!
From the moment I stepped into the offices of Uhuru Travel & Tours, I was met with nothing but the most professional, efficient, reliable, honest and warm-welcoming attitude, service and communication. Not only did they facilitate my personalized travels in Zanzibar, they made my beautiful, customized trip to the Ngorongoro Crater to celebrate my birthday work out perfectly! Experienced owner Abdallah Ramadhan seems well-connected with locals on the ground, as well as other travel and tour operators around Zanzibar and Tanzania.

Everything was perfect!
We had a great safari to Ruaha national park and finished it off at Zanzibar. Ubezi and Abdallah were very professional and precise in their communications. Their responses to emails were always on time with all required details. Everything went according to the plan and we were taken Care of very well! Would certainly recommend Uhuru for their commitment, pricing and professionalism.

10-Day Luxury Wildlife Safari & Zanzibar Beach Holidays met all my expections plus!
This trip lived up to my expectations and beyond. I saw everything that I wanted to see and more. My tour guides went beyond the call of duty. Abraham was guide in Tanzania. He could spot animals that I would have missed, He taught me so much about the animals and the Tanzanian people and culture. He was a pleasure to be with. Ubezi was my guide in Zanzibar. He made sure I learned everything about Zanzibar. When I went on the Blue Safari, I got ill. I asked to go to the hospital. While there Ubezi stayed with me until I was discharged. All went well and by the next day I was almost 100% back to normal. It was comforting to me, knowing I that I was in good hands. The memories I have are wonderful. I hope to be able to come back again.

Very good communication and organization.
I contacted several agencies, narrowed it down to 2, and ended up going with Uhuru due to their responsiveness and price options. The communication was great, they answered email almost immediately, answered all questions and suggested alternative itineraries. Their representatives were prompt when meeting us at the airport with the documents, and the drivers they provided were also prompt with scheduled hotel transfers. Great experience overall, would not hesitate to do it again, or recommend to others!

Uhuru Travel & Tours is a trustable company!
The communication was very good from the start. The driver, Issa Abdallah, picked us up at the hotel in Dar-es-salaam at the exact time agreed upon. Sunday Dec 4th 2016 we started our adventure! A 3-day safari tour to Mikumi spending two nights at Stanley's Kopje. The trip from Dar till Mikumi took 6 hours and the safari started once we were inside the park. In the evening we had an exellent dinner and had an early night. The lions were there...and the hyenas, they woke me up in the middle of the night while my husband went on snoring!

Quality Safari Experience with Fantastic Value, and Great Customer Service
Right from the start I had high hopes for this operator be due to the reviews and I can say but that I was most definitely not disappointed.
The communication was excellent throughout. They were very quick to set my mind at ease at every stage. Definitely lived up to my expectations. Abdallah and Ubezi were very helpful, patient and very professional in all their dealings. We even popped in to see them at their office in Stone Town.
Payment was made via international bank transfer and went very smoothly.
The itenineary was adapted and changed every time we added something or changed something to the trip. And we made loads of changes. Thankfully, the team were at hand with their expert local knowledge and expertise to make things work. We even booked all of our transfers and flights through the agency too, all went without any issues.
The team also selected ideal accommodation for us, and ensured that it met our specification.
The Safari itself was great, our guide Abraham was very knowledgeable and ensured that we got to see and experience all we had hoped to. Our vehicle had an issue but he was able to get it up and running without any hiccups in 15 mins. All the meals provided on the trips were nice and added to the experience. We most definitely enjoyed our Safari, which consisted of the Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. All parks/reserves were amazing.
All in all. I would most definitely reccomend Uhuru Travels for anyone thinking of Safari.
