Just excellent! Lifetime experience!
Very professional and friendly service. The transfers were clean, punctual, the Serengeti accommodation above expectations, The Acacia Luxury Camp is a gem, and the safari is like a documentary in the National Geografic Channel. Elefants, Lions, Leopards, Buffalos, Hyppos, Giraffes, Hyenas, hundreds of other animals at few meters from us... Even we saw lions hunting warthog, just amazing... We recommend Uhuru Travel and we will come back soon to travel with them. Next trip with them: Ngorongoro!

All was perfectly orgonised
All was very good from the begining.
Transfert from hotel -> airport -> selous and return. Big thanks to Mr.Abdullah and all the team Uhuru specially our driver Pandu .
The safari was unbelievable with a very good accomodation in africa safari camp.

Best African Experience
We had one of our best experience. The safari was amazing. More than we expected. We had such a good guide provide us all the informations and knowledge about animals and nature. The accommodation in the parks was in one of the best places. We done this safari together with our 4 children and was very comfortable. It is amazing to see all those animals at their home. A chance that we are happy to leave it

The tour was very well organized and everything was as promised!
We booked the 4 day budget camping safari, including Serengeti, ngorongro crater and tarangire national park. We enjoyed every minute of it. Everything went great (we flipped our plan completely and did the tour in the other direction than initially planned, we didn't mind at all tho, because we still got to see all the places!)
We saw the Big 5 within the first 2 days of our trip - our guide Isido was amazing! He was fun, showed us not only the animals but also the Flora and fauna and was overall a nice guy :) we saw all the animals we dreamed of seeing and so many more! While of course the animals are the highlight of the trip, do not forget to appreciate the amazing scenery and nature. It was beautiful!!
The camping situation was very basic (as said in the title of the trip) and it was perfectly fine for us. Tent, sleeping bag, mattress - all you need for a good night camping! I suggest bringing a headlight for using the bathroom as it gets dark early.
The food was amazing - thank you to our chef Apollo, it was among the best food we ate in Tanzania!!

Reliable and Caring Tour Patner
Mr. Nestor is a great tour guide who made me feel always secured and focus on enjoying the safari tour!
He knows where the wild animals gather and move in the vast national park, so can drive the jeep very efficiently. I was able to watch lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippopotamuses, crocodiles, buffaloes and many more!
I very much appreciated the warmest services provided by Mr. Nestor and Mr. Abdullah, and strongly recommend Uhuru Travel to the travelers wishing to experience an unforgettable safari tour without any stress. Next time, I’ll bring my family to the tour. Thanks!

Reliable, customer focused, large portfolio of tour options, great people, and responsive.
I would and will use Uhuru Travel for future trips to Africa. I found them to be reliable during a difficult two year COVID cycle. They were able to plan multiple types of trips for our party from a very successful climb of Kilimanjaro, to day trips out of Arusha, to a 12 day Safari to the wonderful National Parks in Tanzania and Kenya ending with relaxation on the beaches in Zanzibar. I found their guides/drivers to be knowledgeable, accommodating and good hard working people. For that matter I found this to be the case throughout the organization. Communication was timely and understanding, despite 10 hour time differences and the potential for language differences. We evaluated several different agencies and found them to be the best all around-we were not disappointed!

One Day Miracle
Travelled to Selous-Nyerere from Zanzibar for a one-day safari.
It was one of our best day in our life with many happiness and great menories.
Travel Agency:
Everything was clear and all the things we agreed happened in time and we felt ourselves safe from the first time we started to speak with them until the last minute we arrived back to our hotel. Mr. Abdallah was 100% correct and helpful during all the time. Any questions or misunderstandable situation came they’ve solved it very quickly.

Tour Guide:
Our tour guide was Mr. Alfa during our Selous-Nyerere game drive and we can’t be more satisfied. His knowledge of nature and his kindness is outstanding. He did everything for us to see as many animals as we can (drove to the places he knows very well) and the day was very succesful. What a lovely guy!

Selous-Nyerere:
However this National Park of Tanzania is not as popular as Serengeti this landscape is more than beautiful.
The biggest National Park in Africa with all kind of landscapes like savanna, mangrove, jungle, riverside etc.
Only in one day we saw almost every famous animals like;
Lions, Elephants, Hyenas, Zebras, Giraffes, Baboons, Impalas, Hippos, Crocodiles, ,,Pumba,, and other Monkeys also
Only can recommend this place to see various animals in various enviroment!

I only would like to recommend to everyone who is in Tanzania/Zanzibar to have at least one fantastic day in the nature with a safari tour! It will worth it 100%!

Guide was fine. Tour was different to the itinerary. The mattress, tent & sleeping bags were gross
Advise if the tour is different to what is proposed . Advise us to bring sleeping bags as those were disgusting and we both had bed bugs

About the Itinerary due to other clients you are sharing safari with starting their safari in Serengeti thus why the itinerary was changed by our partner to accommodate each client! We have been operating Camping Safari for the past 12 years we had never had such complain, explained by you as "Gross" Nothing like that in our Tents and Sleeping Bags. That have been exaggerated but its not the case. Our Gears are being washed after every trip for our clients comfort. And am sure also our partner Gears did not have such things! Anyway we shall make sure even our partner are free from such problem (Uhuru Travel Team)
