Excellent Customer Service
Margaret helped is book our tour and has been extremely helpful with advice beyond the tour so we have been really happy with Uhuru from the start. The tour itself was brilliant. Put guide, Abraham seemed to have a magnet for the animals and we were lucky enough to see all the big hits although the rhinos and leopard were a way away. It was excellent fun and we would all recommended the safari. We went budget and don't feel like we missed out safari-wise. We believe the price difference will primarily be seen in the accommodation. If you don't like camping and rustic facilities, budget may not be for you. However, there was plenty of food and it was decent.

Organized a local driver from Arusha which was excellent
Margret seemed a bit pushy for me at the start - but i went for it and did not regret booking with this company.
This is mainly due to the excellent driver we had which clearly had a lot of experience in the respective national parks.
Besides being lucky with seeing all of the Big Five, he did an excelent job at always telling us the pros/and cons before - how likly it was to see an animal in an area and the alternatives we would have.....

We are a family of three (our daughter is 11 years old) and we did a 3 nights 4 days safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro in December 2018.
Uhuru Travel, Abdalah & Loy are people you need to meet if you visit Tanzania (along with our Amazing safari driver Abdul)
When traveling to Arusha, we had a big problem because our flight from Nairobi was canceled. Uhuru people helped us cover the distance by car, giving us a chance to enjoy the scenery from their comfortable cars, and getting also info at the same time from their English speaking drivers. The drivers were also kind enough to make a stop for us at super markets or any other place we asked them for. They helped us pass through immigration and were perfect all the way..!
Then Loy came to pick us up for our 4 days Safari.. The experience was one of a kind. We saw all big 5 and many many more. Our driver Abdul was fun and at the same time very experienced and knowledgeable. He gave us info about animals and parks. Their cook was also perfect, the food he made for us was really delicious (especially the soups). They provided us with tents and clean sleeping bags, and they also set them up for us. There was nothing more we would wish for. The car was also pretty comfortable. The 1st night they upgraded our stay without any extra cost and we slept in Masai houses and not tents. Generally we did not need to pay any extra for anything, we enjoyed every second, and if we would travel again to Tanzania we would look for them again. They made us feel trust, they were communicating through watch up pretty fast and were there for us all the way, creating amazing memories! Thank you Uhuru, we were lucky meeting you. You are an example of good people!! Hope to see you again soon!

We thanks Abdhalla for the Perfect program he organize for us:transfert to the airport from our Hotel in bejwu, flight with auric air : beginning at selous with the Boat Safari ( birds, hippo and crocodile) accommodation at africa camp Safari and the fabulous games drive from 6 am to 2 Pm with Daniela the guide and Ruddy the driver: We saw giraffe Buffalo antilope éléphant Impalas vultures baboon and two lions making a rest near the lake

It was our 6th visit in Africa, 3rd in Tanzania and we know Africa a little bit. We found Uhuru Travel trough the internet and decided upon them based on their good reviews and excellent communication with us during the planning process. We were not disappointed!!! Thank you Abdallah for your fast response, valuable comments and taking care of us during the safari.
We visited 3 NP: Selos, Mikumi and Ruaha. It was our orginal program. We started from Zanzibar by plane to Dar, traveled to Selous next to Mikumi ( very long trip!) and Ruaha- by jeep. We were returning from Msembe airstrip to Zanzibar by plane ( It was a very good idea Abdallah!)
Everything was really good : Nestor our driver and guide, selected lodges (by Abdallah), food, carring etc.
This is a good company, with good service and honest, friendly people.
We will certainly use they service again! Maybe Okawango next year Abdallah! Thank you and see you next time.
