Nice balance of cost vs benefit
Booking through Wild Africa Travel Company was pretty easy, and Robert Francis was responsive. The only confusion was around our flights into the Okavango Delta. The process was not clear and it was difficult to get a hold of anyone to help us sort it out (In Botswana). However, In WATC's defense, we had a moderately unusual self-drive itinerary and everything ended up going off without a hitch once we figured it out.
We thought that the adventure we booked with WATC was adequate and fun. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Odd Balls camp, especially because the manager 'Doc' who really was delightful and made our stay there especially enjoyable.
We are rating this with 4 stars, or 'good', because we don't necessarily know what would constitute 'excellent'. We have no real complaints. The price was right and it was well within our expectations.
Thank you, Robert Francis! Tell Doc we said hello!

Experience with Wild Africa
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Africa for the first time and as an overall experience it was very good. We were however disappointed with the travelling arrangements in South Africa. A min-bus is just not big enough for some one 195 cm tall. The Cullinan in Cape Town whilst a good place to stay for a short business trip is not really suitable for tourists. We were very disappointed with the Kigio Conservancy, so much so that we cut short our stay there and went into Nairobi at our cost instead. Also stated travel times in the itinerary for East Africa were nothing like the actual times taken. Apart from Kigio the service we received everywhere was first class.
Hassle Free, great dining and close encounters with many wild animals!!!
Landed in one of the cold months, needed good wind barrier - warm garments early morning and night game drives - freezing in the morning. (The Guides etc had various blankets too aboard their vehicles..)! Left the vehicles to go on "foot" at a couple of places which definitely was a great experience .., got quite close to two Leopards on one occasion due to being quiet and down wind.. Simply fantastic to be there and see them approx 30 meters from where we stood! Saw many other animals too but the Leopards really will stay with me!!!
The food we had was great, dined on a different variety of meat each night, always a good selection of sides and puddings and at the places we stayed the service was second to none.
All our transiting to fro went without a hitch and well on time thanks to Robert...

Motswari Reserve
I recommend Wild Africa Travel Company, as they were always providing great service, leading up to the big trip. The Safari in Motswari was better than I had expected; from the people working at the lodge and within the reserve itself, couldn't expect any better than what was provided by the great team at Motswari and Wild Africa Tours.

Wild Africa - great company to deal with
I would highly recommend Robert from Wild Africa to organise your trip to Africa. After being given a list of of where we wanted to go and things we wanted to see, he put together an amazing month long trip through Botswana, nya and Tanzania, all through email and phone conversations. All flights, transfers and tours connected seamlessly and the Umapped app for storing all documentation is brilliant.

Nothing too much trouble, especially during the difficult times of Covid, having to rebook twice
My husband and I booked through the Australian agent, Wild Africa Travel Company, onto the Jenman African Safaris "21 Day Great Trans-African Lodge Safari". Through three years of interruption due to Covid, and refunding payments, including flights, with airline change and then rebooking, there was much tooing and froing but nothing was too much to ask Robert, who kept us well informed right throughout the 3 years!
We chose this tour as the destinations covered all the places of interest for us, and it delivered totally. Our guide and drivers were exemplary and Norbert was the best tour guide we have had, keeping our group of 8 engaged and exceptionally well informed and safe! Lodges first class and meals the same, making the trip good value for the cost. The one issue we had, and we have made this point to Jenman, the about first 14 days we had a hired vehicle that was not as comfortable or equipped as the second vehicle and somewhat disappointing, given the luxury aspect of the rest of the tour. A small thing, but still important. All in all would recommend Both Wild Africa Travel company and Jenman African Safaris without hesitation

Wild Africa Travel Company for Ovavango Delta experience
Wild Africa Travel Company suggested Oddballs Camp for our trip to the Okavango in Botswana. We wanted to be among the animals and away from the sounds of vehicles and this was perfect for us - a couple in our early 60s. Oddballs Camp was great and the staff fantastic. We enjoyed great meals with the other guests. The accommodation felt like we were in Africa and was more than adequate for our bush experience. We chose to camp out two nights, reaching the camp spot by mokoro, with just our guide and one assistant. Magic! When we weren't doing walks with our guide (sometimes for four hours) identifying footprints, poo, animals and learning about animal behaviour, we were at the camp enjoying cups of tea, hot showers to wash the dust off and watching animals come to the water. It was an ongoing wildlife documentary! We want to do it again.

Robert was very professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
What an amazing African safari trip! Robert provided our group with a fantastic itinerary, including beautiful lodges, unique houseboat experiences, luxurious tents and plenty of scrumptious meals. All our guides were so informative and friendly, and the safari's were exceptional. In terms of service and communication from Robert, he is definitely one of the best travel providers I've come across. Well done.

Wild Africa Safaris and Jenman provide the perfect introduction to your first experience of Africa
After our extensive research, the varied itinerary for our 18 day adventure in Zimbabwe (the falls, Hwange NP, Matobo Hills-rhinos, Madigapani salt pans-meerkats, Nata bird sanctuary-flamingoes), Botswana (Chobe NP, Khwai, Kalahari desert, Okavunga delta) and South Africa (Kruger NP) was amazing, especially for active over 60s, who have travelled extensively. In addition to game drives, we had a walking safari, mokoro / canoe trip, stayed on a house boat, and saw ancient cave paintings plus Victoria Falls. The lodges and glamping were much better than expected, especially Nantwich, Mankwe and Maqueda. No children. Maximum group size 12 (9 on our tour-all English speaking). Delicious food (except the optional mopane worms). Fantastic value for money. I highly recommend using Robert Francis of Wild Africa Safaris, Australia to taylor make your tour. He is extremely efficient and a great communicator. We booked our tour before covid and Robert maximised our refunds
