Robert was extremely helpful and fully understood what our needs were.
We were very happy with the service we received from Wild Africa. Everything was organised perfectly. Flights, Hotels, transfers the works. Our safari was amazing. We had particular places we wanted to stay and Robert organised it all wonderfully. We loved the places they recommended as well and will return there. We had to cancel one of our travellers and that was taken care of without a hitch. We will use Wild Africa again.

Amazing agency to deal with. Robert was an absolute delight. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!
If you want to deal with an travel agent that LISTENS to what you want, and tries his best to deliver the experience you are dreaming of.....Robert of Wild Africa Travel is your man. We had never travelled to Africa before and this was a holiday we had always wanted to do. We always plan and organise our own holidays, but my husband saw a deal that Wild Africa Travel were advertising. It was a 9 day South Africa Safari holiday. My husband sent through an enquiry and Robert contacted us. Robert listened to everything we wanted to experience, and we ended up extending the holiday to 21 days. We did our homework and were also liaising with another agent at the same time as Robert. We were comparing the suggestions both agents offered and there was no comparison. Robert was listening and planning our holiday to what we requested. The other agent was completely off-base and had clearly not understood what we wanted to do (we were emailing both agents with the same instructions, so how one could get it so wrong amazed us). We finally booked with Wild Africa Travel. We knew all the way along, that our booking was being managed because as our holiday was approaching and we were being asked questions. When our itinerary arrived, we received a printed copy presented in travel wallets, a emailed copy and also a link to an awesome app call "Umapped". I like to have a hard copy of our travel docs (for my piece of mind) but having access to our itinerary and all the up to date information Umapped provided was great. It contains weather link, contact details, maps etc. We both loved and appreciated how user friendly the app was. Our holiday was, I believe, the best holiday we have had (my husband includes it in his top two). The most two amazing places we stayed were Rhino Walking Safaris and Motswari Private Game Reserve. Two completely different types of accommodation, both with unforgettable experiences. Rhino Walking Safaris was a tented camp (more like glamping) as tents had ensuites and decks with seats, but being able to walk in the bush, with a small group (max 8) and 2 guides was exhilarating, especially as it was our first up and close Rhino encounter. Plus the guides were walking books of knowledge. Motswari Private Game Lodge was thatched roof dwellings, beautifully decorated with full bathrooms, desk and sitting area. We saw our very best game viewing here. Rhinoa, lions and a leopard along with all the other animals, seen at Rhino Walking Safaris which included, giraffe, zebra, elephant, Kudu, loads of Impala etc. Food and staff, in both locations, was exceptional. The other places we stayed at were great too but I could keep writing and these two places were the absolute stand outs for the experience they provided. So thank you Robert and Wild Africa Travel for organising this truly awesome holiday for us to sit back and enjoy. Cheers :)

Very smooth professional dealings with our holiday...thank you so much it was brilliant!
Dealing with Robert was wonderful and put us at ease by his knowledge and experience on African holidays. All communications were handled quickly and his inside knowledge of everything was brilliant. The holiday was wonderful with all accommodation being excellent and central. The arranged flights/transfers and tours all went like clockwork. South Africa/Zimbabwe and Botswana will always be in our hearts forever...thank you so so much.

Everything was taken care of with the flexibility to change if required.
The focus of our trip was the cricket and far from being the highlight, the cricket was the only downside of the experience.
All of the arrangements through Wild Africa were handled really well. A party of 19 splitting up and going in all directions from Port Elizabeth, then meeting again in Cape Town a week later was arranged professionally and with a minimum of fuss. The vehicles were all very good, the accommodation was excellent and we had no safety concerns at any stage.

Robert was excellent to book through. He also has had previous experience in South Africa.
We had a wonderful time in South Africa. Our accommodation was spot on for our cricket tour. No problems with the car hire except more information from the Company when you pick the cars up re extra costs for drivers. All transfers were on time. Safaris in their different formats were fantastic. The costing of the tour was great value.

Very professional company. Would highly recomend them to organise any African adventure.
I could reach Robert day and night leading up to my trip. He would always help me with whatever questions, big or small, i had.
Once in Africa i didn't need to contact him as he had organized everything done to the T.

Robert our travel consultant was a pleasure to deal with!
Robert provided excellent service and was prompt with answering any questions I had. We had no problems with any of the arrangements he organised for us. The Jenman Safari we booked disappointed in some ways as the vehicles were not as described (6 seaters, no air conditioner, seat belts not working ) Also some of the pre tour information supplied by Jenman was not accurate in regards to drink prices at the accommodation.
