Lizette was very knowledgable, responsive and covered all the details well.
The safari experiences which Lizette recommended for us fit our purpose and expectations perfectly. Our emails were always responded to quickly, even after hours or on the weekend. The safari tours changed our lives in what we learned and the conversations we were able to have with locals... and definitely the game we were able to observe.
The only suggestion I would make is to ask the client ahead of time if they want to be met and chauffeured through the airports. This can very uncomfortable for some people due to cultural differences and understandings.

EXCELLENT!
Lizette, our tour operator was very helpful with quick responses, gracious with her off hours due to the time difference from my home in North America, very skilled in tailoring our needs to which camps to set up for our approval, and very kind! I LOVED every minute of my time in Hoedspruit, staying at Ugebezi Explorer Camp, having access to many of the anti-poaching and conservation efforts being practiced by so many people and organizations sharing in this grand effort. I loved the rustic and authentic feel with Ugebezi. I also LOVED staying at Tanda Tula with their eco/environmental focus as well. So beautiful and peaceful! The game drives at both camps were superb! Learning about and seeing the deep connection that is shared between the people and the animals in this region of the world is truly one of passion for LIFE! Meeting people who came to visit but never left, hearing stories about how they saved a rhino, knowing lions are hunting nearby because of their sounds, watching hyenas pass through camp, enjoying a bush walk with an experienced guide and learning about giraffe tracks and scorpions and the need to protect the trees from the elephants, observing a pack of endangered wild dogs being quarantined with plans to release them in a safer area, getting to know the incredible staff that work at both camps and hear their stories and try to learn words from their native languages, watching spectacular sunsets, and knowing that I will return, truly moved me! I am happy to refer Adventura Africa to anyone looking for safari tours! Supporting the eco/environmentally friendly focus was key to me. I’m grateful for this option! And I know others are too! This trip was a big spend for me, and I’m incredibly grateful to have been able to support this unforgettable experience! I can hardly wait to return and will definitely contact Adventure Africa when I’m able to consider the next trip! Thank you so very much for a deeply enriching memory!

Exactly the level of comfort and adventure that we were looking for.
I highly recommend planning your safari or African adventure with Adventura Africa. They really listened to what we wanted, made recommendations and asked questions where needed and then planned the perfect safari for us. Each lodge was exactly the level of comfort that we desired. Service was superb at every stop. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, flexible and experienced. We saw more wildlife than I ever imagined that we could! Along the way, our Adventura reps were available, if needed, checking that all was going well. Adventura Africa really takes the stress out of planning a trip to Africa so that we can enjoy the experience with "hakuna matata".

Beyond Expectations
Adventura Africa absolutely exceeded our expectation when they helped us plan our safari. The travel agents, especially Lizette, were thoughtful, professional, and very well-informed. It was a pleasure working with them. They clearly listened to our interests and priorities because their recommendations were spot-on! Both safaris lodges - Gomoti in Botswana and Dulini Leadwood lodge in Sabi Sand - were dreams come true. We saw so many animals - up close and personal! Amazing! The accommodations in both lodges were stunning. The food was fabulous. Best of all: the people we met - both lodges made us feel like family. This was the trip of all trips and I can’t recommend (and thank) Adventura Africa enough.
We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Absolutely perfect
Words really can’t express how happy we were with Lizette at SafariBookings. I had emailed several travel agents when we decided to go on safari. She responded immediately with clear, concise information, so we quickly chose to work with her. She recommended Notten’s Bush Camp, which was perfect for us. She always responded to our emails in a timely fashion. She arranged everything, from the guide who met us at our flight into Johannesburg and to the connecting flight, to transportation to and from the lodge. She even helped with locating my husband’s lost bag and getting it delivered to the lodge. She is responsible for making this the trip of a lifetime. I recommend her very highly. Trip of a lifetime
From a to z this exceeded all expectations for all 6 of us. Will highly recommend Adventura for the vacation of a lifetime. An experience like no other. I don't know if I can possibly top this except maybe another Adventura destination.

Excellent trip planning down to every last detail!
From the first emails with Lizette at Adventura I was very impressed. She asked the right questions and was able to plan a tour for us in South Africa, suggesting the perfect itinerary. Although we only had in mind a safari, she also suggested 3 days in Cape Town and a final evening in Johannesburg. Every minute - from the time our plane landed to the time we took off, was perfectly planned. We had an excellent guide and driver in Cape Town - Marco - who was able to fit an extraordinary amount of sites and adventures into 3 days without seeming rushed. Our Safari at Jamala Madikwe was the stuff of dreams. We were crying when we left. And our final stay at the Saxon in Johannesburg was a nice way to pamper ourselves before our return to real life. Adventura also took care of all the little details from meals at great restaurants, airport transfers, charter flights and even arranged to have someone take us through customs to meet our connecting flight. I can't over state how well we were treated and taken care of. The owner of Adventura, Shaun, even organized a surprise vineyard lunch and cooked for us himself!!! I can recommend Adventura Africa with every bone of my body!!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!
My husband and I traveled from the USA to CapeTown, Kruger (for Safari) and Zambia (for Victoria Falls) for our first African adventure! Lizette did a fantastic job of listening to what we wanted to do, making suggestions of other things we should include and planning the most efficient route for us. The whole trip was perfect- we had transfers to and from all the airports, fantastic accommodations, wonderful guides at all the locations (Robin George was the best- he was our guide in Cape Town)! Safari is amazing- we did see the Big 5, and enjoyed the sundowner celebrations every evening :) We felt safe and well informed and we really enjoyed our trip- all thanks to Lizette! We will definitely be returning to Africa!
