Amazing experience!!!
We really had the best driver (Richard)! He was so nice and explaining everything to us. He was patient and let us take lots of photos and he was also very ambitious to find all the animals!!! We really saw all of them! Thanks to your safe driving and making this a wonderful experience!

we saw the 5 big
we went to masai mara and nakuru lake 4 days safari with john.
The experience was amazing, we saw the 5 big and everything was so good.
The lodge was a bit dodgy to be honest, I hope a better one but the hotel in nakuru lake was amazing with pool, nice room and tasy food.
John, our guide, was ok. He was not talkative at all and he was like depressed...also, he didn´´t help us with the shopping, anyway, the good thing is that he took us to the good spots to see the 5 big.
Overall, I recommend karibu safaris as we had an amazing experience thanks to them.

The trip is very amazing with the very experienced and helpful guide.
Thank you for Karibu arrangement,It is very easy to travel in Kenya as they use conmon English for the tour guidance .And Karibu provided professional service and communication duiring the trip . The guide Mr Sammy always bring us at the right point for the great moment in Masai Mara and other places . And he is educated and professional for the tour guiding . I booked with Karibu for a 7 day tour to Kenya. The best part about their itenary was the choice that was given. I could choose from a budget to all the way up to luxury safari. During the trip everything went like clock work. I want to especially thank Robert from Karibu in getting me the best room at Mara Sopa Lodge. Then are no words to describe our guide Stanely at the Masai Mara. He took it as a challenge to give us the best. We were lucky to see the crossing and all the big five. You guys are amazing. Keep going.

Nice driver and an awesome trip!
The communication with Karibu Safari was too easy. I communicated with Robbert by email and evean by whatsapp and he answered always very fast. When we arrived to Kenya, Arony, our dirver, picked up us very punctual and the service was really good. He was a serious guy, very good driver, always ready to answer our questions and to help with anyrhing we needed. The safari was awesome, we saw the big five quite close enough, we evean saw species difficult to be seen. Arony knew a lot about animals and each time we asked something, he answered to our doubts. It was a pleasure to share with him such an adventure!

Well organized, comfortable camping and passionate staff
Robert heads up the Nairobi office and was extremely responsive over email. I had very specific questions around price and timing and he was able to accommodate. While in safari I was able to reach Robert on Whatsapp as while the driver is 110% focused on giving you the best game drive, he may not know every individuals' travel itinerary. My driver, Aruuni, was a very no nonsense expert and skipped the small stuff to focus on unforgettable memories of rare jaw-dropping animals. He has a lot of animal and Kenyan knowledge. He did an amazing job avoiding traffic and keeping the ride as non bumpy as possible (difficult on remote Kenyan roads). I was well briefed on the weather changes, variations in types of accommodation (basic hotels versus camping and what linens were or weren't needed). Upon return another staff member, Dan, was key to helping me enjoy my remaining time in Nairobi and set up drivers, day tour suggestions and transfers. Karibu also organized Tanzanian safaris, through Tanzanian company and communication between all three parties (myself, Karibu, TZ company) could have been improved. Robert did his best but it's always hard when he is responsible for my transaction but has little influence on how the Tanzanian part of the purchase plays out (solely managed by TZ company).

Amazing experience for wildlife
We recently enjoyed an amazing 5 day safari with Natural World and will recommend this to every one out there, as this was a great experience.
The team was lead by Robert, was very welcoming and accommodating with all of our queries before booking.
He answered all our emails promptly and provided information to support us through out the trip.
We booked a tented camp .The tents were kept very clean and everything was good because of the people around that made it comfortable for us.Simple yet great food.
Our driver / guide Fransis was great, he is competent and helpful.
He is knowledgeable on animals and their specific locations-habitat, inside the Maasai Mara reserve, so we were very happy to have seen all the Big Five.
This was one of our dream holidays and Natural world made sure we loved every minute.
Robert from Karibu can make your trip interesting in a country as Kenya.
I highly recommend "Karibu Safaris simply because their package price is quite reasonable.
Overall it was a great experience, and good value for money.I would use Karibu safaris if I was back in Kenya and would recommend them to my friends.

Amazing safari
The agengy Karibu responde very quick to all our questions by mail.
Everything was well fixed for our arrival, they arrange a driver to pickup us at the airport and a night in a hotel before starting the trip.
The safari tour was fantastic we saw the Big five thanks to our driver Stanley! We are gratefull
for all his done to make our trip unforgetable !
