The worst tour company I ever experienced
We went on a 3-Days safari - The Masai Mara.
The driver arrived late, the vehicle was uncomfortable and we did not feel safe throughout the journey. Our « guide » was more a driver than interested in being helpful or showing us around. The food was very cheap and disgusting and no drinking water in the camp. No hot water on the first day of the stay.
The guide decided not to do the safari on last day morning and he appeared on at 9 am.
I do not recommend to do the safari with them. Robert and his staff are not helpful, friendly and informative

Hi Kristina,
We are sorry about your experience, i will look in to the matter and have a seat down with the driver guide and robert and see where all went wrong and why he dint have a last day game drives while he had valid park re-entry tickets.
Sorry once again.
Regards

5 day/ 4 night Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Navaisha---Great price / awesome experience!
I would highly recommend Karibu Safaris. We did the 5 day/ 4 night safari and had a wonderful time. Our driver Arony was very knowledgeable and knew the Masai Mara like the back of his hand. We had the opportunity to see SO many animals, and even spot a leapord. His driving was safe, the accommodations were nice (especially the tents in the Masai), and the lunches and dinners were delicious.
There are a few adds on which are presented, a 10$ Masai cultural tour , and a boat ride thru Lake Navaisha. The boat ride was well worth it too see hippos up close!
We also had Castro for Lake Nakuru. He also was well knowledgeable about the animals and even found a pack of rhinos so close to us! Talk about good pictures!! He even fought off a baboon for us, when it hopped in the car! He went well out of his way to help us book onward travel and make sure we arrived to our hotel after. Great customer service.
Definitely would recommend Karibu Safaris. Went well beyond the expectations. We weren't sure what to expect with a "budget" safari but realistically, it never felt like a low cost tour. Karibu is the way to go!
