Best value for money
Had a really great experience with Karibu Safari. Wonderful guide and really nice stay option considering the cost factor. Was able to see all the wildlife thanks to the expertise of the guide

First safari experience, one to remember!
My wife and I did a 3 day 2 night safari in Masai Mara, and it was a fantastic experience. The booking process was very smooth, and pick-up and drop-off were as well. We went with a very nice group, and our driver Arony was great. He knew the park well and we got to see all of the highlights. Accommodations were basic but comfortable. Food along the way was also basic but good, exactly as expected. The visit to the Masai village near our camp on the final morning was a great way to conclude things. We had a wonderful time and would recommend Karibu Safaris to anyone considering it.

Safari was great. Food was very bad at Masai Mara and on road.
James was an excellent guide and driver and took us to the deep interiors of Masai Mara to ensure that we could see all the Big 5. Lake nakaru was a bit disappointing as the hoards of Flamingos expected were not there and we should have been informed earlier. Gorge walk and water safari in Lake Naivasha were interesting.
However the food at Masaia Mara especially the dinner was really of very poor quality. At Nakaru and Naivasha it was better.
All in al a memorable experience but do something about Board arrangements.

Met my holiday expectations
We had a long communication before I settled on the offers and after my 6 days trip in Kenya Maasai mara , Lake Nakuru and Amboseli with onward Kilimanjaro trek my expectations were all met.
The service was well organised.

One of the best safari experiences!
David, our guide, was very friendly and informative throughout the trip. He was a very good driver and made us feel safe at all times. We got to see 4/5 Big 5 on our 2 days(1 night) trip and we were incredibly happy with David trying his best at all times to show us the best locations and animals. Would highly recommend Karibu to future travellers!

Great administration and tour guide
Robert, tour coordinator provided us very clear and in time communication and answered questions in very clear and logical way. Payments were also very smooth.
Arony, tour guide and driver was also great and highly experienced. Some other groups could not see wildebeests crossing Mara river, but Arony caught the radio communication very well and took us to the place for the great scenes. He also made the best effort to give us the best Safari experience by stopping at the sight whenever we requested as well as looking for animals and scenes very sincerely. It is budget tour, so hotel and car are not high grade, but it is within our expectation and had no problem with it.
We highly recommend the tour.

Bad start but good end
The first thing is that the driver was excellent and very experienced. Aron is best at taking positions abd chasing animals in Safari game driving. The other thing was that the tent camp was much safer and in good conditions than we thought. Meal was good and internet was ok. Also it is really great to experience such nature.
Apart from this, I must say we experienced a really bad thing. Their email was hacked and we had stress over days even before our journey starts. But they funded our trip because our money was stolen.
Second bad thing was because this is a budget tour, you should think you already accept risking things. So beware that you may come across with hard to deal with kind of things.
The operaters knew how to deal with things. We were 5 people from age of 28 to 60s and none of us found it too hard. I wish you all good luck for the big fiv

Excellent service, excellent staff, quick response and always punctual
I got to know Karibu safaris from my online search and contacted them same as I did with others which I also found online. What caught me was their response time, very quick with questions answered. Even though this was a budget safari, i had the opportunity to discuss the safari options till I felt ok with the suggestions. On the Safari, the driver/guides Richard& Dennis were very punctual when it came to pick up & drop off times, impressively punctual, very friendly, knowledgeable about the animals & ensured we saw the big 5. They never complained or seemed to be in a hurry but ensured we got a good view of the animals and had taken good pictures. Imagine taking care of the diverse needs of 8 adults on a safari & no one had anything negative to say.One thing to note with Karibu is always make specific inquiries about issues/information received for clarity sake. Do not assume any information. It was an excellent experience & we never felt abandoned or stranded at any point.

Cheapest way to Masai Mara

A truly authentic Kenyan experience with a friendly knowledgeable tour guide
It was a lot of driving more than expected. I was a little unaware of the itenerary. I don't think you should go to lake nakuru anymore because many tourists, including myself, expect to see many flamingos. At least tell the guests before they go they won't see that. The food is also not meant for American digestive system maybe take alternatives or medicine
