Incredible Safari!
In January I went on a 7-day safari trip with Karibu Safaris and it was absolutely amazing. 'Karibu' means welcome in Swahili and the company definitely lives up to its name. They hold customer service in high regard which was noticeable both before arriving and also during my stay in Kenya. For instance, Robert was always quick to reply to any questions via e-mail and on my last day I had a very late flight back so they let me stay at their office for a while and even provided my dinner.
When it comes to the safari itself, Karibu absolutely delivered. My tour-guide, named 'Animal', was phenomenal. He was a safe driver in and out of the parks, he knew funny and interesting stories about every single animal and he was very good at spotting them as well. Moreover, when I was feeling a bit ill he took very good care of me and made sure I got the right medication and the proper food.
Overall I had an absolute blast and Karibu provided me with a great safari experience in Kenya

Very good experience
Our safari week in Kenya's reserves was very good, we have been lucky and well taken into national parks with our guide Jackson. Price/accomodation rate was really fair and the van and meals as well.
Very quick Robert's answering our emails and he even planned a last minute safari afternoon inside Nairobi Nat Park exactly as requested

Great Experience
Amazing safari. Visited Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. Our tour group was just four which made it very comfortable. Our guide/driver was really great and knowledgeable about the parks and where to find the animals. Ended up seeing all Big 5 like I had wanted. Robert the tour advisor was beyond remarkable and really went above and beyond to make all arrangements perfect. I will definitely be working with him again. Only one negative I can think of is the driver was rather reckless driving on the highway roads outside the parks by driving on the shoulder, weaving into oncoming traffic etc. to cut traffic. A little dangerous and not fun to experience. Other than that I would highly recommend Karibu Safaris.

Beautiful safari experience at a reasonable price
Compared to other tour operators, Karibu offers a good safari tour at a reasonable price. I got to see the main animals that I expected to see. The driver, James, made sure we saw everything and stopped for us to take loads of pictures. He also helped me deal with the accommodation manager when I wanted to move to a different room. He drove very skillfully too as our van never got stuck in any mud like a few other vans. He got good relationships with other drivers and communicated with them all the time when they saw animals anywhere so we could go there and see the animals. In addition to this, James gave useful travel advice when I asked him. The accommodation at Rhino Tourist Camp was ok, even though electricity was quite limited but well you are in the nature. The bathroom was okay though there was a bit of dirt. I slept in their tent on the first night and one of the rooms on the second night. The room was a bit more comfortable than the tent. When I was in the tent, I got bothered by bugs and mosquitoes a bit at night, though the tent was well covered. The only socket in the tent was too small for my big plug adapter to fit in. However I didn't have these problems in the room. Overall, I am happy with my safari tour.

Masai Mara Dec 2016
We were a family of 8 That took the three day safari package. Eventhough They recommended 7 to ride in the car it did not feel crowded for us. Our driver, Evans came and picked us up at the appointed time. We made a few stop on our way to the Masai Mara. The campsite was well equipped and rustic. All food was included in the price but the beverages was not. If you want to visit the Masai village remember to bring money. There is nothing to complain about the safari, our driver did everything So THAT we would experience as mush as possible. When we drove back to Nairobi, he went beyond and made a few extra stops so that we could run a few errands.

Great value for money
We went on a 3-day safari in Masai Mara. The tour was really good value for money and it lived up to our expectations. Our driver/guide, Isaac, was excellent and we saw many animals, including numerous lions and even cheetah and leopard. The accommodation was good and there were enough food and water throughout the tour. All in all, we were really satisfied and can recommend the company.

Good agency at a good price
Part of safari in Mara completely fulfilled my expectations, but the part at Nakuru didn't since there were no flamingos and actually went there cause the lake was advertised as 'pink lake'.
Communication with agency was great, patient trip advisors with lot of information.
Driver patient and informative.
