Twenty Stars
I cannot recommend enough going on a safari here and especially with Raymond as your guide/driver! Not only is he fun, his adventurous and humor makes your trip so very memorable and exciting. He will go above and beyond to make sure you get to see what you want and the up close views and excellent camera shots of the animals in their natural habitat.
Additionally, the accomodations are great and the hosts are quite lovely - all very kind and welcoming! The food is extremely nourishing and filling.
For the price that you are paying, it’s truly an excellent deal and I am beyond grateful I decided to go on a safari here with Raymond!
Amazing experience!
Great experience of safari! We saw lots of animals and our driver, Kevin, did an amazing job! I won't forget these days! Totally recommended!

Amazing people... Excellent hospitality !!!
It was indeed pleasure to contact Mr Peter again after 4 years. I just sent a WhatsApp message and immediately he replied and took all my details and sent me his proposal. Since then all my queries were handled by him and supported me not only for this safari but also managed all my difficulties in Kenya.
Right from taking care of my extra baggage to help for shopping and everything. As I had come here for an exhibition for initial period his guidance helped for my team members as well for local sight seeing.

An amazing experience
The tour exceeded our expectations. Raymond is an amazing driver and guide, he has great energy, always on time, and also has an astonishing talent for finding the most hidden animals in the park.
Accommodation was also great, near to the park and with good local food.
We're so glad we chose that safari tour! Raymond, thank you again!

Trustworthy, very caring of us
The Karibu guides Eduard, Mac and Steven where very nice, always with a relaxed vibe, providing valuable information and never pushy. They always looked after us and our enjoyment. The tour in Masai Mara, lake Nakuru and Ambosseli was fantastic and we will remember it for our whole lifetime. Thank you guys! 100% recommendable

Not as informed and lack of communication
Before I paid a deposit I specifically checked through email communication if the safari would be in the order I saw on the safari booking website, i.e., day 1 Lake Naivasha, day 2 Lake Nakuru and days 3-4 at Masai Mara. This was so we would get as close to 2 full days at Masai Mara as possible as I was aware the trip would involve a lot of travelling. I was assured by the agent I communicated with by email it would be in this order.
On day 1 of the tour, when I was picked up, it wasn't until we were almost there and I asked before I was told we were headed to Masai Mara. In the end most of day 1 was spent travelling to Masai Mara and we only spent 2.5 hours on the safari. The very thing I was trying to avoid with my questions! Day 2 was a full day at Masai Mara. To add, the Lodger we stayed at, Jambo Mara, I really liked.
Day 3 was Lake Nakuru (which in the itinerary I was given we were supposed to go to on day 2). The accommodation, the Waterbuck Hotel is not great. Good breakfast but very rundown rooms with too much noise from outside so it's hard to sleep. Plus no fan or air conditioning.
Day 4 was Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate, which was supposed to be on day 1. The accommodation, Masada hotel, was better than Waterbuck, bit still not very good and bathroom was quite smelly and mine toilet didn't have a toilet seat.
What I liked about the safari:
1. I enjoyed the actual safari itself and seeing all the animals.
2. I liked Jambo Mara Safari Lodge.
What I didnt like:
1. Not correctly informed about the itinerary of the trip, even though I asked.
2. I did a shared safari and everyone was given a different itinerary (i.e., each person was given a different order and some were told we would do a pre-breakfast drive at Masai Mara, which we didnt do). We were all on the safari for a different amount of days so I think the issue was they were trying to accommodate everyone's different schedules. This should have been explained when I asked.
3. The tour guide didn't explain from day to day where we were going and what we would be doing and seemed annoyed when we would ask for information. We were all quite confused from day to day and were never sure what we would be doing.

Well organized and fun tour!
We had a perfect three day safari to Masai Mara. Our group was fun and we had the best driver possible (Jackson). He was very experienced and knew the best times and places to see all possible animals and we learned a lot about them. The safari had just the right length and program and we could decide flexibly whether we wanted to visit the Masai village or do the bot ride. The tented camp we stayed at was very appropriate for the price we payed and was equipped with own shower, toilet and lots of space. Wifi and electricity was only provided in the evenings, which was fine for us. We'd highly recommend the tour!
