Amazing 7-day tour with Castro - Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru - Hells Gate - Amboseli
Not long ago, we were lucky enough to join a safari in Kenya that took us to some of the most fascinating places in the wildlife. What made this safari special was not only the breathtaking wildlife and picturesque landscapes, but also the fact that we booked it relatively spontaneously on the spot in Nairobi. This flexibility and convenience made our trip all the more exciting.
At the office we booked the tour and learned that it would take us through the stunning Masai Mara, tranquil Lake Naivasha, colourful Lake Nakuru, Hells Gate National Park and majestic Amboseli National Park. From the very beginning, we knew this trip was going to be special.
Our guide, Castro, was a true treasure. Besides his driving skills, he was an excellent connoisseur of wildlife and the region. His passion for nature and his knowledge of the animals made the trip even more exciting. He guided us to the best observation points and provided us with valuable information about the species we were observing. Castro made this safari truly unforgettable.
The Masai Mara was our first stop and immediately we were struck by the incredible wildlife. Majestic lions, elegant giraffes, curious elephants - the list of animals seemed endless. The Masai Mara offered us breathtaking animal encounters and an enchanting landscape that fascinated us.
Our next stop was Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its pink-coloured shores and huge flamingo population. We saw not only the flamingos, but also rhinos, buffaloes, monkeys and many other animals. This park is a true paradise for animal and bird lovers.
Lake Naivasha was a welcome contrast to the wilderness of the Masai Mara. Here we took a boat trip and admired the fascinating birdlife, including the majestic white-tailed eagles. The tranquil surroundings and gentle lapping of the water were an invitation to relax. We were also close to the hippos, which were
The next day, our safari took us to Hells Gate National Park, the setting for the movie "The Lion King". This park offered a fascinating landscape that made us feel like we were in the middle of a Disney animation. The unique rock formations and picturesque scenery made this stop another unforgettable highlight of our safari.
Last but not least, our safari took us to Amboseli National Park, known for its impressive views of Mount Kilimanjaro and its large elephant population. Here we had the privilege of observing the majestic herds of elephants in their natural environment, with the sight of Kilimanjaro in the background. The view was simply breathtaking.
The quality of the accommodation on this safari was good and provided a pleasant resting place after exciting days. Overall, this Kenya safari was a life-changing experience. From the animal encounters to the landscapes to the quality of the guiding and accommodation, everything seemed to have worked in perfect harmony.
This experience showed us that adventures often start best in spontaneous moments. Our decision to book the safari locally was a perfect hit. Kenya has captured our hearts and we hope to have the opportunity to visit these amazing places again. This safari will stay in our memory forever, thanks to the breathtaking nature, the friendly people we met on our tour and the fantastic team that accompanied us.
Special thanks to Castro for your friendly and prudent nature.

Well organized, even spontaneously booking worked perfectly.
Very nice Tour, with our driver Clinton who has experience since 10 years and always brought us into the pole position for perfect pictures of lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalos cheetahs and many more animals. The accommodation at the camps have been basic but totally enough for the safari trip as we have been leaving in the morning and came late in the evening.

Unforgettable Kenyan Safari with Exceptional Guide Castro
I recently had the incredible opportunity to explore Kenya for two weeks, and the highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the unforgettable safari experience led by the remarkable guide, Castro. From the moment we embarked on our adventure, Castro’s expertise shone brightly. He guided us through the enchanting Maasai Mara National Reserve, the serene Lake Nakuru, the picturesque Lake Naivasha, the rugged terrain of Hellsgate, and the breathtaking Amboseli National Park.
Castro’s knowledge was boundless, as he effortlessly shared insights about the land, its plants, trees, and towering mountains. His passion for wildlife was evident in the way he identified every animal we encountered, leaving us in awe with each sighting. He even took us on a special journey to witness the majestic Kilimanjaro before sunset, ensuring we didn’t miss out due to impending clouds.
I had a personal dream of spotting a leopard, and Castro made it a mission to fulfill it. He led us through the trees and along the rivers in pursuit of this elusive creature, and the experience was nothing short of magical.
What truly sets Castro apart is not just his expertise, but his amiable personality. He is an incredibly likable guy, always accommodating our needs and ensuring our comfort and enjoyment throughout the journey. To top it off, on our last day, he surprised us by taking us to the Giraffe Center, a heartwarming gesture that perfectly encapsulated his thoughtfulness.
In summary, Castro’s presence elevated our entire stay in Kenya. His exceptional knowledge, dedication to our experience, and warm personality transformed an already great trip into an unforgettable adventure. Our safari wouldn’t have been the same without him. I can’t recommend him enough as a tour guide and as a fantastic individual. Thank you, Castro, for making our journey truly exceptional!

Robert, our driver and guide was excellent. Expert in what he is doing and also with humour.
We chose the 3day Masai Mara tour and we were absolutely satisfied. The tour ride was excellent thanks to our driver. We saw a lot of wild animals. It was totally worth the money and the time. We would suggest you all to choose the 3day tour.
We also did a daily trip to amboseli which we don’t suggest doing it. For the reason that one day is not very comfortable. Use instead a 2 or 3 day trip because the scenery there is magical. And we saw a lot of animals as well.
Professional and communiated with other drivers to make aure we seen as many aniamls as possible.
Accommodation excellent, comfortable and clean. Hot water, food lovely too and plenty of it. Very safe environment

Fantastic service to see and experience as much as possible!
We completed a 3 day 2 night tour with Karibu Safaris in Masai Mara while staying in Enchoro Camp. From start to finish the two wonderful drivers Raymond and Edward looked after all our needs, from pit stops to random questions about towns we drove to they had the answers!
Absolutely stunning experience of the natural wildlife in the national park while enjoying the tradition villages and culture of the Masai Mara tribe. We learned so much from Moses and William in the camp who were so friendly and always there to help ( even for scaring away lizards!). Very reliable and organised with a very good price for the amount of ground we covered and places we visited in the limited time we had! Would highly recommend anyone who wants to go to Kenya to join this tour!

Enjoyable and Exciting
We had a great experience with Karibu Safaris, they looked after a big group of us. The accommodation and food was great and everyone working there was very helpful. We really enjoyed learning about Masai culture. Edward and Raymond really helped make it an enjoyable stay. We saw majority of the animals on safari and our tour guides did their best to make sure we got to experience it all. They had great knowledge of all the animals and the park.
