Wonderful
The tour was incredible. Aron was the best guide and driver. He put all the effort necessary for us to see all animals, even the ones rare to spot and to make our stay pleasent. He helped us with everything we needed and gave us a lot of information. He was patient, adaptable and kind, organized and on time. Thank you for making our safari experience a wonderful time to remember!

A once-in-a-lifetime experience with dedicated and professional guides
We took a four-day safari in Maasai Mara and Nakuru lake. The entire team was dedicated, stuck to our schedule and very thoughtful of our needs. Our driver and guide, James, exceeded our expectations and made this an unforgettable experience. He was always there for us and answered all our questions in an excellent English. He was very proactive and always managed to take us to the best viewpoints to see the animals in the reserve. He gave us much insight and information on the animals in the reserve, the many species, their habitats, breeding, lifestyle, etc. He also has excellent driving skills and is very familiar with the terrain of the reserve. He was always cheerful and ready to help. Asante sana, James! You rock!

Awesome
Aron is one of the nicest people I’ve met! He is really lind and helpful, and he is there to help you see the beauty of the wilderness, trying so hard to help you see all of the animals, including the big 5! He is funny and very informed about everything!

Truly a once in a lifetime experience
All-in-all, our safari was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Robert was very helpful from the time we first reached out, to help us arrange for the perfect 5-day safari and additional activities of interest we wished to do - visiting the Masai village, taking a hot air balloon ride over the vast Masai Mara and exploring the gorge in Hell's Gate.
Upon reaching Nairobi 5 months after the planning process, Robert was continuously checking in with us and promptly arranged for transport from our hotel to the Karibu Safaris office - last arrangements were done promptly and we were good to go.
We were lucky to have an entire pop-open-roof van to ourself for the entire trip as well as an amazing driver named Edward, who made our trip extra special. He was very considerate to our requests and interests, such as showing us the best local food places (we're huge foodies and had a goal of trying as many local foods as possible). He even arranged the chefs at the hotels to prepare local dishes that were on our list, as well as set up a birthday surprise, cake and a song for my girlfriend's birthday during the safari - it was a fun experience sharing these special moments with the locals and enjoying a piece of cake together. And what's most important - he had an excellent eye for spotting animals - he'd point them out in the grasslands, and we'd actually spend a while to see and photograph animals that we would not have even noticed ourselves. We had the fortune of seeing 4 out of the big 5 - except the elusive leopard. But that is just one more reason for us to go back someday.
If you're a foodie, like good company and a good chat about the local life in Kenya - do ask for Edward to take you around this breathtaking country :)
See you again soon, Karibu Safaris, Edward and the elusive leopard! :)
