Very good value for money
We went to Masai Mara for three days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guides were friendly and reliable. They had a lot of knowledge about the animals and we saw many animals.
The equipment was ok, when the van had a problem we were transferred to Nairobi by a rented minibus.
We felt safe at all times. We would always use them again.

One Week In Kenya
Robert knows Kenya and has extensive knowledge of various camps throughout different regions. We selected to be in Kenya for our one week trip on a budget safari. Our criteria included only group joining tour from camp to camp, game drives and budget comfortable accommodation. He planned our itinerary well and booked us at Lenchada tented camp, Golden Palace and Kimana tented camp. Our Kenyan trip was a success.

Karibu offers an excellent safari package! The level of service is outstanding and remarkable!!
Karibu personnel offered one of the greatest services I have ever experienced, always made sure that customer satisfaction was met! Far and beyond my expectations, they were so friendly, time conscious and positively involving. Because of them, I had an amazing 2 weeks at the Maasai Mara. I highly recommend.

Great Place for Animals Lovers
Masai Mara was great more than we imagined. We went on an 4-day safari with Karibu safaris in kenya. During our tour in the Masai Mara, we stayed for three nights in a Manyatta tented camp. The driver guide Arony was amazing and well experienced. We saw all the big five expect the rhino we saw it at a very far distance. The real adventure was going on two full day game drive every morning and the last day we had a morning game drive.

incredibly Amazing
We spent 3days in Masai Mara and it was incredible. The accommodation was fantastic, spacious, private and the camps chef made excellent food. The guide was excellent I only wished I could stay there longer.

Best four days ever
Everything was just perfect. We had no problem at all. We have met lovely people. Our guide Joseph was nice men. We would not see that much in the bush without him. My boyfriend and I paid for 4 days in Masai Mara Park, but after two days decided to move to lake Nakuru. Joseph had no problem with that, did not even wanted more money and we slept in clean and warm hotel instead of camping and got this chance to see rhinos, we did not see in Masai Mara. I would definitely recommend this agancy. Thanks for everything guys, we've had amazing time.

Far away from my last safari
I would never choose Karibu again. Their priority is to fill all the seats and make money. They are not worried about our experience. Tree cars left the agency on the same day with 5, 6 and 7 persons. People in the cars with 6 and 7 persons said they could barely move inside, travel was very uncomfortable and take pictures was possible just for the ones at the windows. The cars are very old. The roads in the parks are very bumpy and for this reason you just think how important is to have a good car when you are there. One of my lens released 3 small screws with the vibration and at the end of the trip my back was like crap. It is essential to have a good Jeep.
I shared the car with 3 young girls that spent 6 days taking selfies, delaying all trips and looking for ostrich. I was deeply interested in photography (the big 5 obviously). I love meeting people but in this situation... no match. If possible, avoid shared safaris and look for companies that personalise the safari. Freedom inside the car is essential. Our driver Zak was very good: good character, good person, good sense of humour and a good driver (very aggressive driving though). The food was very good and the camping facilities was good. The 6th day of safari was in reality just 2 hours inside the park. After lunch we were back to Nairobi. They avoid paying another entrance in the park (valid for 24hs).

Posted on Mar 27, 2016Hi Ana,
It all started by bad lack on the eve of the safari your husband, who had booked for the safari for 3people(for you,him and your sister), your husband (RICARDO) called the office to say that his mum had called him to tell him that his ailing father had passed away there for he wanted to cancel the safari and travel back home and he wanted 100% and since we had booked the accommodations we had to look for other last minute clients to cover up for the 3pax who had canceled and after getting the people to fill the space Ricardo called again and said that he will travel back home but you and your sister will proceed for the safari thats how the number reached 7pax.
The other clients that you saw in the other safari vans were not individual but from missionary organizations and were on a mission trip so they booked the safari together to be 7people each in the safari van.
The safari van was not old its the roads in the Masai Mara were bad last year but they have been made now well my the Mara county government, the roads were bumpy so when you drive your camera is not stable but now all those are past as the road are good.
If you can notice from our usual adverts we stopped selling packages to Amboseli National park as the K.W.S had stopped re entry to the Amboseli park with out giving the notice to tour operators and saying that you pay per entry that's why you only entered the park twice and not thrice like re entry would allow.
We acknowledge all your feedback and we will work on them accordingly.
Sorry once again,
Regards
Msafiri

We were satisfied with the way Robert organised our safari.
We enjoyed the safari and our driver Martin was very good and he's got lots of experience so it was quite good. Lenchada camp is a place we won't go again. Most of the time you're in darkness and their bathroom area was very badly kept. Apart from that the staff are good. Maybe they could do with better generators.

I have never seen a lot of animals like what I saw in the Safari. It was awesome.
The Safari was very nice. We got to see a lot of animals and it was worth it. The only problem that we experience was the tent and the food. The tent water did not go down after bathing. We also had bowel movement problems after eating the Chicken in Maasai Mara. I think the Chicken was not refrigerated. The best food to serve is Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches or Vegetarian food if there is no refrigerator. Food in the evenings was very good though because it was served hot. Overall we enjoyed the Safari and we got to see plenty of animals. All our friends are envious. Everyone wants to see our pictures. Richard was a very good driver and we enjoyed having him us our driver. we will definitely recommend Karibu Safari.
Thanks,
Robert
