Amazing Quality per cost.
We arrive to Nairobi, after 2 weeks trying to find a budget safari. In the city we went to more than 6 backpackers agency, Karibu offer us the best price.
We saw all the reviews in trip advisor and google, and we went to speak with Robert about them. He explained to us that the bad reviews where in High season, when everything is full packed, and that everything was going to go well.
We had a 6person tour, with the BEST driver you can imagine. His driving skills were impressive, in 4 opportunities he had to help others cars to pass through (we went in rainy season, not good to see Rino). We saw 4 of the big five and Raymond explain everything to us, even compensate the game drive time when we arrive late because of traffic.
So, the best price to Masai Mara ( even better than going by yourself there), a good van, and an even greater driver.
If you are on a budget we really recommend this tour agency.

Great experience!
The Karibu Safari experience was amazing! The organisation, drive, accommodation conditions, food - everything was fine and we really enjoyed the trip! The only thing which was missing, was the guides better communication towards us. He was kind and helpful, but he was more our driver than guide. We would expect more information's and talk about the animals. Sometimes we also had the feeling we saw the animals faster than he did, he almost never advised us about them :( But still - we recommend the safari trip with Karibu Safaris! :)

Great driver, nice accommodation, and an overall excellent experience.
Communications were clear, and responses were quick. Everything was as expected. Be prepared to live in tents/small houses on bigger camps, all with electricity. You and your fellow travellers will live close to the local population (Masai), which was a great experience. The safari tour itself was amazing, with a very competent driver (Eric) who knew all that was worth knowing about the parks and animals. This was well worth the money, showing the African wildlife in all its glory. Expect long travelling distances between the parks, but that was no problem at all, as it was a perfect way to experience Kenya on the road. There will be different activities aside from game drives, where you can meet the Masai people, see their houses, or take morning walks with them (expect to pay extra for this).

Amazing most incredible family experience.
The communication with Robert (safari organizer) and Peter (guide) were very clear. Robert kindly and quickly answered numerous questions asked.
Our family; my husband, I and our 3 young adult children saw “the big five”. Our guide appeared very alert and patient to point out and describe the animals and questions asked. Peter was on time, flexible with plans and maneuvered our land cruiser through some pretty difficult terrain.
This was a fantastic, most incredible experience. Would gladly book with them again and recommend them to others.

Amazing safari
Amazing budget safari with Karibu and our driver Arony! Arony has a great eye and I think we saw every animal possible except the rhino (but he said this was rare). Always quick to get us to the lions and cheetahs, honestly an amazing experience! Tents and food were better than expected for the price, would definitely recommend!

Bad organization, amazing experience
Karibu booked me and another traveler on another company's vehicle without notifying us. This caused some issues as the schedule didn't entirely match the one advertised and the driver had been told that we were going for 3 days instead of the 4 we had paid for. In addition, the vehicles used were really not suitable for the road conditions and we got stuck 3 times, once having to exit the vehicle as it flooded with water and threatened to tip over.
Overall, however, the safari was incredible and our driver and guide Ken was super helpful and accommodating! Do note that if you book the 4 day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru safari you don't have to pay for the boat tour; Karibu is supposed to pay for it.

Felix, our driver and tour operator, was really kind. I’m really happy he was an operator.
We choose cheap tour but it wasn’t bad.
It was reasonable.
I’ll recommend Karibe Safaris without hesitation.
