Excellent, caring, attentive, absolutely wonderful!
This was our first trip to Africa, and the amount of research for such a big trip can be overwhelming. We were recommended Tanzania Choice by a friend who had gone on safari a few years ago. After our first zoom call with Brenda we knew they were the safari for us. She listened to our questions, helped navigate our concerns, and recommended a tour fit for our group. We met several times over zoom, as well as emailed, until we came up with the best safari for our group. The overall experience could not have been better! In fact, it exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Leslie, was above and beyond wonderful. He truly made our trip special. Certainly a trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much Tanzania Choice Safaris! We hope to be back again!

Brenda and Kakasii’s Choice Safari was awesome. They created a safari catered to our specific wants. The price was extremely reasonable, much less than what we anticipated. January is a fantastic time to go. There is a little bit of rain, but it seems to rain in the evenings when you’re asleep and for a short period of time. We strongly recommend going through choice safaris. You will not be disappointed. Shout out to Leslie, our guide.

Taking an African safari was a lifelong dream for my wife and I and when she said that it would make her 50th birthday complete I knew it was time to make her dream come true. We had a lifelong friend who took a safari with Tanzania Choice several years ago and as she described her experience, we knew this was the safari operator for us. The planning and communication was so easy with Brenda and she delivered on every expectation set. We felt very comfortable the way everything was organized and presented and made getting on that flight as stress free as it could be. Tanzania choice really delivered on their promises and made every aspect of our two-week safari as memorable as possible for us. We had high expectations going into the trip and Brenda and Leslie our guide made them all come true. Everything was as promised, and it was such an overwhelmingly positive for our entire group. The food, the accommodations, the transportation was wonderful and really made for an amazing trip for us. We were even so fortunate to start our trip meeting their family and friends at their family’s childhood location, which really kickstarted the trip nicely. In terms of recommending Tanzania Choice for friends and family I would not hesitate to book with them if you are planning an African safari in Tanzania. They performed perfectly for our group, and we all agree it was a trip of a lifetime and much of that is due to Leslie our guide and the planning efforts by Brenda and staff. Top notch company
The communication before the safari was fantastic. The accommodations and vehicles were very good. The animals in the ngorongoro crater and Serengeti are more amazing than I ever imagined.
Special note: Beaded note books, given at the beginning of the safari, were made by women from the local Masaii tribe. These women struggle to help each other against difficult conditions. The fact that Tanzania choice safaris supports these women, speaks volumes to the trust and integrity of this company.

Thank you to Tanzania Choice Safaris for truly, a trip of a lifetime and then some! Our safari was an experience unlike any other we’ve had made even more memorable by the care and attention of our safari guide Leslie.
We saw everything we hoped to see in addition to many thoughtful surprises orchestrated by Leslie and the rest of the Tanzania Choice team as the trip was also our 40th wedding anniversary celebration. Our anniversary day was during the trip and we were surprised with a banner, flowers, champagne lunch from Tanzania Choice Safaris and serenade with cake from the staff at Heritage Ndutu Camp.
All of our accommodations from the tent camps to the permanent lodges were delightful and everyone we met made us feel totally welcome and comfortable. Meals were plentiful and delicious…we were always full!
Finally, the people of Tanzania were fun to meet and beautiful hosts. The country was even more remarkable than we imagined from the vastness of the Serengeti to the awe-inspiring views of the Ngorongoro Crater, the countryside was as magical as the animals and the people who call it home. Thank you for sharing your country with us.

Other travelers will love learning about animals and nature and also will have a fun time with the tour guide which make the days go by very fast!!
Our tour guide was very friendly and loved to chat, plus his English was very good.
We had so much fun with Tanzania Choice Safaris! The added bonus of cute journals and cups, plus the cold water they always had in the fridge of the safari car, was why we chose this safari. Our guide Leslie was wonderful and we really enjoyed visiting with him. He also did his best to find all the animals we wanted to see, and we saw nearly all that we wanted! I think our favorite part may have been the full lunch meal (with hot coffee included) at Ngorogoro near the hippo pond! Thanks Tanzania Choice Safaris, we had so much fun!
