Tanzania Choice is a great choice. Our safari was awesome. Everything start to finish was “as advertised”. First class vehicle and accommodations. 8 day Kilimanjaro climb went great as well. The first six days are just a serious “hike”. Summit day is when you need a real professional staff. Your welfare and life can depend on it. The Most Amazing Experience of My Life (except maybe childbirth...they're neck-and-neck)
I cannot say enough about how wonderful, amazing, fantastic, perfect, and awesome our trip was. Brenda worked with us for months to plan the perfect 40th birthday/15th wedding anniversary trip and wowzers did she nail it! Every part of our trip went so smoothly. I thought I had planning and organizational skills, but Brenda makes me look like a toddler hyped up on sugar. We stayed in several accommodations throughout the 10 days we were in Tanzania, and each one was great. Brenda took a lot of care in making sure the hotels and camps met my and my husband's personalities and wishes. It's obvious she and Kakasii spend a lot of time scoping locations to ensure client satisfaction.
Kakasii is an absolutely amazing guide. His 23+ years of experience driving and guiding safaris were immediately evident. We saw over 50 species of birds and animals, all of which he knew by sight. Kakasii's mixture of patience, which encouraged us to take our time so we could have a richer experience, and excitement is one of a kind. Despite his years of experience as a safari guide, Kakasii's sense of wonder hasn't waned and is contagious.
Our time spent with Brenda and Kakasii, along with the rest of their family and staff, developed a working relationship into a friendship. We are so grateful to everyone at Tanzania Choice Safaris for their help in planning and executing a trip of a lifetime.

Outstanding experience!
We had an outstanding experience with Tanzania Choice Safaris this May. We spent one day in the Ngorongoro Crater seeing an outstanding collection of wildlife. Our guide, Kakasii, was very knowledgable on the wildlife, the many types of birds, and how to navigate the sometimes flooded trails. The next two days were spent in the Serengeti. Again the wildlife was amazing. After two days we had seen all of the Big Five -- elephants, lions, rhinos, cape buffalo, and finally a leopard with its kill in a tree. The safari vehicle was comfortable, the lodging was amazing and also Kakasii furnished a hot lunch as we enjoyed a scenic stopping point. I would highly recommend Tanzania Choice Safaris!

Knowledgeable and Experienced - the Perfect Choice
We used Tanzania Choice Safaris for a five-day adventure to Serengeti and Ngorongoro. It was among the best trips of my life!
Brenda created a perfect fly-in itinerary which helped maximize the experience and she even found us high-end luxury camps for mid-range prices.
Kakasii guided us to the best spots to see and experience everything, including a close-up visit from an old bull elephant.

A great combination of friendliness and professionalism
I have been an American Resident in Tanzania for over 15 years and know many many in the tour business here. But when 3 old friends came to visit me from the US I turned to Brenda and Kakasii to coordinate the safari portion of the trip. We did a four day safari to Ngorongoro and the Serengeti. With Tanzania Choice Safaris I was confident all details would be handled properly, the experience would be a cut above, and the price fair. I was not disappointed. Tanzania Choice is outstanding, and helped us have a superior, amazing safari experience.
We have just returned from 5 amazing days in Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We were referred to Tanzania Choice by friends who have been repeat clients, and we found them absolutely wonderful to work with. Brenda always responded quickly, listened to what we hoped to do, identified excellent properties at COVID-discounted rates, and proposed an itinerary which we approved. She booked our flights and sent preparatory instructions, and kept in touch with our guide throughout our trip. Kakasii, our guide, has more than twenty years of experience, and it showed. He navigated the parks like the back of his hand, and gave us close encounters with wildlife well beyond those of most safaris, speaking knowledgeably about every animal we saw -- from the smallest bird to the largest elephant. We were in the best of hands. Four days later, we are still high from the entire trip, and are eager to get back out to see more of Tanzania's landscapes and wildlife. Our safari completely exceeded our expectations, and we recommend Tanzania Choice with enthusiasm and gratitude.

The most amazing Virtual Safari I could have imagined!
Brenda and her wonderful Husband created the most amazing Virtual Safari experience for the company where I work at here in California. In these Covid times, in person gatherings has not been a option. Thankfully Tanzania Choice Safari's has these fantastic virtual events where we can come together safely and see the most incredible creatures from the comfort of our own chairs. Not only did I feel transported to another place, I was amazed by how much I was able to see and learn about the animals and culture of Tanzania. Their personal experiences as a Tour Guide made it even richer! I totally recommend this experience to anyone and everyone who is interested in Safari's and especially those who cant make it to Tanzania in person. Family Safari with Teens
We truly enjoyed the experience. We were going to visit the Serengeti in October, but needed to cancel b/c of work. Brenda produced a nice itinerary for us already, so we were excited to get back with her. Since we are novices, we left the planning to her with some general guidelines. After we received our December itinerary and it looked great. We made one suggested change and then we were off.
Everything was super smooth. Kakasii, the guide, picked us up at the airport and was with us the entire time. He made every effort to get us to see everything we wanted to. Sometimes we left a location we were enjoying wondering why we were departing, only to see something even more interesting. No need to go over our itinerary, I would just tell Tanzania Choice what you want to do and leave everything to them.
