Nice people and great trip
Easy communication. We are kind of spontaneous and make our booking a day before our trip. But they still manage to take us to safari. The driver, Abdul was great! Experienced driver in the safari. Unfortunately I got sick in the safari. Abdul also took me to the hospital. Very grateful for that. At the end of the trip, they also asked us for feedback and get to know things to improve.

Unforgettable safari!
I had an all around amazing experience with Bestday safaris. I did a 6day/5night safari. Organising the safari was easy as Mr Peter always responded to my emails in a timely fashion.
I travelled solo and was the only person on the safari. Joseph was my driver and I had such a great time with him. He was knowledgable, punctual and was phenomenal at spotting hidden animals in bushes/trees etc. We had some hilarious conversations on the drives to the game parks and importantly throughout the experience I always felt safe.
Accomodation was great, service was excellent, the places were very clean and the food was great.
We completed the big 5! :)
Day 1:
Tarangire national park: the park is beautiful and very green in the wet season. I saw countless numbers of elephants, a pride of lions, a leopard hiding in a bush and many other animals
Day 2-4:
Ngorongoro conservation area and Serengeti national park. Had the opportunity to see the masai villages from a far. Witnessed the beautiful landscape in the conservation area. The Serengeti is breath taking it actually looks like what you see in the nature documentaries. There were many wildebeest, zeebra, antelopes. There was a pride of lions on a huge boulder, a lion cub in a tree, 3 cheetahs and we saw another 5 leopards!!!!
Day 5:
Ngorongoro crater is such unique place. It is actually a an animal paradise. zeebras and wildebeest everywhere! Joseph also helped me spot the critically endangered eastern black rhino.
Day 6:
Lake manyara national park offered a variety of species of birds to see, lots of buffalo and countless numbers of baboons.
Thank you again Bestdays safari and especially you Joseph! I would recommend this company to all they helped me a complete a lifelong dream of seeing and photographing African wildlife.

Private Safari in May (Serengeti Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara)
Did a private safari with BestDay with guide Josef. I booked everything (airport pickup and pre and post stay) from Bestday. This safari company is locally owned and they do their best to accommodate your needs. I had Wonderfull experience. My guid Josef was amazing. He has amazing ability to spot animals and birds. Since it was rainy season we were able to see many birds also. He prides himself in making customer happy. i.e I really wanted to see Cheetas and he drove around 150km in search of cheetah and we finally spotted it on ant hill.
BestDay safari also has tented camps (Tukaone Tented Camp). They are clean and well maintained camp. Food was amazing.
From my experience and also based on recommendation by Josef 2 days in Serengeti is ideal.
I was able to see all big five and numerous other animals. I also added Masai experience and Olduvai Gorge museum. Josef accommodated both visits and he also guided when is the best time to visit these places during safari.

Breath taking experience of a life time which we highly recommend.
What a memorable experience this was. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable (his name is Six) he was pleasant and trustworthy. He drove well and felt like family to us by the end of the safari.
The whole experience was majestic and we can not recommend this safari company enough. Get in touch with Peter the tour operator as he very helpful. They even catered for our vegan diet requirements and prepared a cake for our wedding anniversary.
I urge you to book with best day safaris if you are looking for an above average experience.
Thank you to Six and Peter.

The office service and food were great!
My partner and I had a five-day safaris tour (Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Tarangire) in June 2019 with Bestday Safaris. The office of Bestday Safaris was very responsive to many tiring questions that we had before booking. Before the tour in Arusha the office staff took time to brief the tour, which was helpful and reassuring. The office also sought our feedback after the tour and we appreciated the opportunity. Even after the tour, the office offered some assistance to accommodate our needs, which we did not expect as they were not related to the tour. We much appreciated their services. We particularly appreciated our chef, Emanuel. His food was so good and we enjoyed every meal during the tour. It was nice to have good food during the safaris tour, which can be tiring at times. He was friendly and very helpful wherever we had questions and needed some help.
Overall, we had a great tour. We'd recommend Bestday Safaris for others.

Great Experience!
We did the 5 day safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara and slept in camps/tents. Our driver/guide was awesome and gave us a lot of interesting information, our chef cooked every day 3 delicious meals for us and also considered that I can only eat gluten-free meals. The parks were also amazing: we saw a lot of animals, most of them were really close to the road. All in all an awesome experience!!

The Greatest Experience in Africa
I have booked my safari with Bestday Safaris after the recommendation from my friend. It was the best experience i have had in Africa! From the beginning i had great communication with Managing Director-Peter. And i am really very picky so i would be sending lots of emails asking for one million details. Peter was very professional and always answered every my question. Company has a big office inside the city centre and it was also very easy to pop in and ask for more details a prior to my safari.
I have to say that i more than happy with our driver - David, for whom the work is not only a job to make a living but also a great passion. He does it since last 20 years and he studied tourism and wildlife and he was able to answer all of our questions about the animals we spotted on our way. He went an extra mile to show us as much as he could, we saw so many animals and i learnt a lot about their natural environment and their habits. Because he really likes his job we haven't felt that we are missing something. Special thanks for our chef Emanuel who did his best of preparing some delicious dishes, he would make pasta stews, delicious fish, soups, salads and even in less convenient scenery as we stayed in camping. All the food was yummy and fresh and best i had while in Tanzania.
After 4 days safari (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serenegeti) my whole memory card is full because of not enough space for photos! We enjoyed so much! (we were 3people in total).
Thank you so much and i will defo recommended it to all fellow travellers. Also i look forward to come back and book safari with them too.

Excellent arrangements, exceeded all expectations
Bestday Safaris organized a seven-day safari for me and my mother. Since this is my third safari, I had high expectations and I'm pleased that the Bestday team delivered. I'm grateful to Peter Charles for putting together an excellent team whose members are all professional, efficient, kind, and environmentally-conscious. Our guide Jackson is excellent, dynamic, knowledgeable and worked hard throughout the trip. He has collegial relationship with other guides, national park and hotel/camp staff which without a doubt enriched the whole safari experience. Amongst all his good qualities, he ensured that my 70-year old mom felt comfortable and well-taken care of all throughout the trip. My mother and I very much liked staying at Tukaone, a charming tented camp in central Serengeti which is owned by Bestday. I'm already saving for my next safari with Bestday!

Beyond amazing time with an incredible tour company and guide
My husband and I spent seven wonderful days with Bestday Safaris in September 2019. Everything was absolutely perfect! I typically don’t write reviews but feel that Bestday really deserves the praise. Peter Charles, the managing director, was always very quick to answer the many questions we had before travelling to Tanzania. He also met with us during and after the safari to ensure everything went well. The accommodations, food and hotel staff were all incredible. Farm of Dream Lodge in particular gave us the most amazing welcome. Tukaone, Bestday’s own tented camp in the Serengeti, was our favourite. The staff there took such great care of us; it was the epitome of glamping. And then of course there was our guide and driver extraordinaire, Magi. I can’t say enough great things about Magi – he was professional, welcoming and knew the parks and animals better than I could have imagined. We found colobus monkeys in Arusha National Park, leopards and lions in Tarangire National Park, dozens of lions in Serengeti National Park (including two lionesses that we followed as they hunted and killed a zebra), cheetahs, hyenas, a caracal, a serval, and of course heaps of elephants, wildebeest, giraffes, and more. Magi made us feel truly welcome in Tanzania. He was constantly pointing things out, checking in on us and just generally ensuring we had a wonderful time. We felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend at the end of the safari. We also visited Olduvai Gorge (highly recommended) and did a cultural tour in Mto wa Mbu. We were able to choose our activities so we opted to go to a coffee shop, visit a banana plantation, meet wood carvers, eat a delicious traditional lunch cooked outside and try some very terrible banana beer (the experience was great though!) THANK YOU to Peter and Magi. You were a huge part of making our visit to Tanzania the trip of a lifetime. We hope to come back one day!

Wonderful experience in Tarangire with a friendly and knowledgeable guide
I had a few extra days in Arusha after some work finished early and planned a last minute trip with Bestday Safari to Tarangire park. The entire experience as excellent and they took care of everything, including lunch. I'm so glad I went with Bestday - the guide, Goodluck, was perfect for the trip. Because I was going alone, I thought it might be awkward with just me and the driver, but Goodluck was friendly and warm and helped me practice my Swahili all day. In the park itself, Goodluck was informed about the animals and shared lots of interesting facts about them. He also was great at communicating with other drivers about different animals spottings. Because of this, I got to see a cheetah with its cub, and even see it take off after an impala, elephants just meters away from the truck, and two different groups of lions. Goodluck lived to his name and provided a memorable trip to Tarangire.
Overall, I thought the trip was well priced ($330 total) for a last minute individual trip, the truck was in great condition, and the guide was great.
