One team - one dream!
We climbed Kilimanjaro on the Rongan route. We lived in tents. There were 18 escorts with us, who provided us with a comfortable ascent. A very cool team! Special thanks to the guides: Dixon, Boney, Abdallah for bringing our group to the top. Motivated and supported us!

Bestday Safaris… best possible choice for safari!
We chose Bestday Safaris for our five day safari in Tanzania, through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater and we couldn't have made a better choice!
Really competitive price and impeccable organization during all five days. A special mention for our guide and driver Emmanuel: always very kind, expert and safe while driving (which is not secondary on difficult roads), very skilled in spotting animals and always ready to answer our curiosities. We stayed at the Octagon Lodge in Karatu and at the Shuhudia Adventure Camp (the latter right inside the Serengeti) and found two facilities of the highest standard with excellent staff. For your Safari you don't have to choose Bestday, they are a guarantee!

Adventure of a lifetime!
We embarked on a remarkable 5-day safari adventure with BestDaySafaris, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. From our initial interactions with Peter through email to the actual safari itself, every aspect was flawlessly executed. The company came highly recommended, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. Peter's meticulous planning tailored the safari exactly to our preferences, and his rapid responses, often within a few hours, addressed all our inquiries. Notably, even when unforeseen flight delays caused us to arrive much later than expected in Kilimanjaro, Peter's swift adjustments via WhatsApp ensured our safari itinerary was promptly revised, preserving the excellence of our experience.
Stevie also deserves praise for his warmth and assistance. He greeted us upon arrival and departure, furnishing invaluable information about our accommodations and the safari. His presence was immensely reassuring and informative.
However, the highlight that rendered our safari truly unforgettable was undeniably our guide, Muro. From the instant he greeted us at the airport to the bittersweet farewell at our hotel, our synergy with him was remarkable. Muro's unwavering friendliness created an atmosphere of safety and care throughout our journey. Attentive to our culinary and lodging preferences, he ensured our comfort at all times. His exceptional driving skills inspired confidence, even on the most challenging terrains.
During our safari expeditions, Muro's expertise shone brilliantly. He effortlessly navigated us to the optimal vantage points to witness an array of wildlife, including the incredibly rare rhino. His wealth of knowledge about the animals, plants, and the ecosystems enriched every sighting. Muro not only provided information but also kindled our curiosity, making sure each moment was an educational one. Beyond the wildlife, his insights into Tanzanian culture enhanced our experience. Organizing a visit to a Massai village and introducing us to the Tanzanite gemstone's allure showcased his commitment to crafting a holistic and culturally enriching adventure.
As we bid farewell to Muro, it was with a heavy heart, as we realized that our time together had forged a deep bond. What began as a professional relationship transformed into a genuine friendship that will stay in our hearts forever.
In summary, our safari journey surpassed every anticipation, etching an indelible adventure into our lives. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to BestDaySafaris and particularly to Muro for turning our lifelong safari dreams into reality.

simply the best from the first contact until we were dropped off at the airport to return home
We contacted several dutch/flemisch organisations to arrange for a private safari (family of 5). Allthough they all offered very good programs, the prices were way beyond budget. After some research I tried several local organisations and as from the beginning, Stephen at Bestday safaris responded quickly, gave us from financial point of view a very good offer and was very patient even though I changed our trip several times. After checking the reviews on tripadvisor ( a perfect 5 with 600 reviews) I was convinced, Bestday safari it is....Expectations were high and whenever I asked questions to Stephen (about the program itself, the vaccinations, even which clothing to wear...he responded quickly. The best test came when we wanted to book our flight to zanzibar (we arranged it ourselves, Bestday was not involved). After several attempts, we realised that we were unable to confirm our flight with Tanzanian airline. Credit card kept being refused. But hey, no worries...Stephen to the rescue. He went to airtanzania in person to sort it out and eventually proposed to pay our tickets so that we could wire the money to them afterwards. Now we were really convinced, nothing could go wrong...When we arrived at the airport, our driver was there, Stephen dropped by at the hotel to talk about our safari. Next day our driver/guide (who became a friend) Joseph was there. Punctual, safe driver and a very good guide who nows each little road to take in the national parks and always helpful. We spotted lots of animals and have lots of fun. Long story short: If you look for an organisation to take you on safari, Bestday Safari is the one you need. Peter, Stephen, Joseph and everybody working behind the scene: Thank you so much

Highly Recommend BestDay Safaris!
I just finished a 6 day Safari with BestDay Safari & highly recommend them! I found them thru recommendations on a Facebook travel group. They are a company local to Arusha so no third party fees tagged on top & was happy to know my money went to locals. From the initial contact, Peter was informative & patient with all our questions. When Covid hit, he had no issue pushing back our travel plans. Our tour guide Morrow was extremely knowledgeable about the animals & their behaviours, he would indicate that something will happen next & it did! The accommodations are up to western standards (clean, comfortable beds, safe, AC, ensuite washroom, etc). We especially enjoyed staying at Eileen’s Trees & the Tukaone Tented Camp! What a surreal experience to have lions & elephants pass by the tents at night. BestDay Safaris make things easy by including airport pick up and drop off, and all meals. We saw the Big Five and many more animals, more than we dreamt of! If you are strapped for time, skip Lake Manyara but the Serengeti & Ngoragoro Crater are absolute must sees! Trip of a lifetime thanks to BestDay Safaris!! Highly recommend.

Amazing
Wonderful experience, absolutely to be redone. It was my first Safari but I had a great time, the welcoming, kind and warm people and also the excellent cook. The food was in large quantities and yummy even with gluten free options for me, not a given at all!
