Good Company to deal with .
We were a group of 4 people and out of which 3 of us were on photography trip. The team of David an Fadhili from the company were very good and very understanding . We had a great time through their guidance . We will for sure visit TZ through them again . If you are looking to see the wild side of TZ then Kilislope is a company which can always be considered for sure . We wish them all the very best and looking forward to coming back again and again .....:)

Fair to Average
I booked 8 months in advance (group join option) with stated goal to spend as much time as possible with the migration. The itinerary indicated 1 day in the Crater and 3 days in the Serengeti including one entire day with the migration (large wildebeest herd) and at the river looking for crossings.
Unfortunately this did not occur primarily due to the driver. Room/board was good and the first two days went according to schedule. I was put in a Avocet Tanzania Safaris group (the 6 passengers had each booked with several different agencies and mixed together --this is apparently common in Tanzania). We had a very good visit to Tangamire NP. One passenger left and a young boy who did not speak english joined us presumably as a cook. He and the driver were always speaking Swahili so we got minimal information. Loud ranger station static over the 2-way seemed always on and prevented music from being played.
On the 3rd day we found the large herd early in the morning , an incredible sight. But after 20 minutes, almost as if the job was completed, the driver took us across the Grumeti where we spent another hour then told us they are not crossing today so we crossed back and despite request to return, we never saw the herd again. The rest of the day was spent driving at high speed chasing ranger reports of cats which we had already seen quite a few of (but no chases/kills). At dinner I found out other vehicles had seen groups of wildebeast crossing the river. The fourth day was spent chasing more cats.
My second complaint is that each time I stood up to take a photo, the vehicle would take off fast knocking me down. It would be nice to get a warning like "leaving in 10 seconds". The fifth day was at the crater. We spent only 3 hours and I was told that the 4 other passengers were on a 5-day safari so he was taking them to the airport. I was left at campsite near Lake Manyara for 18 hours without a guide. On the sixth day I had my own guide for Lake Manyara NP and then to the airport.
Of course, I will return to see another migration but unsure if at Serengeti or Masai Mara.

Good but Unprofessional & Disrespectful
I joined the group as a solo female traveler. Day 1 as we waited for the others, the tour guide asked if I had a bf & that if I moved to Tanzania he would marry me because I’m so beautiful etc. On the last day, the others had to leave early so I was alone with the tour guide. He kept pressing me if I had a bf & said foreign women come to Africa to have sex with African men. He also asked me if my bf & I like to have fun & have sex.
The tour guide also kept watching YouTube videos out loud as we observed animals. It was annoying. I loved the safari but I was extremely uncomfortable with the guide.

Safari Subcontracted to Other Company
Quite surprised how expensive a 6 Day Safari in Tanzania could get. Price with Kili Slope Tour was quite good and the value for money (compared to other options) was decent.
Kili Slope subcontracted my safari to another company, so the schedule and details changed until the last minute. Was travelling solo was placed in a Land Cruiser with 6 people who all knew each other the first day and then a group of a different 5 people the next day.
The guide and cook were all good, the tents were OK/average compared to others and all safaris are in the same land cruiser, so no issues there.

Awesome tours but poor tour management !
I spent some awesome time when exploring Tanzania. I joined into 2 tours operated by Kili Slopes, Mt. Kilimanjaro tour and Serengeti NP tour.
Im giving only 3 stars because of poor tour management.
+ guides + other personnel were awesome
+ landscapes were memorable
+ tour programmes were cool
Kilimanjaro:
- As a tipping culture not being common in my country, i was totally surprised when i was asked to pay extra 350 USD after my tour as a tip for the guide and personnel. I wasn't given any information about this arrangement beforehand, which annoyed me a lot. Im not definitely denying the staff wouldn't deserve and need the tip usually given, but as me being the only tourist joining the tour and still asked to pay for the normal tipping sum made this situation absurd. Moreover, I imagined the staff being paid enough for a decent income, obviously not. As a compromise, i gave them 100 usd.
- Again, when discussing about the matter of tipping, I was given the feeling by the tour operator, that as a tourist (and a white person ??) I'm supposed to be rich and afford to give away random extra 350 USD ! Oh, I am surely a millionaire, but only in my dreams.
Serengeti:
- My Serengeti tour was awesome, but bit messy. Considering this tour too, i wasn't given enough information beforehand, again including the thing with tipping. Other customers were having some more information, like list of equipment needed, which i never had. What comes to both of my trips, i thought i was having all the information in needed. Well, I didn't (even though asking for every possible information needed couple of times).
- Overall 6 customers attending to this Serengeti tour, and every person was having a different tour program. It was obvious right from the beginning that it would be impossible to coordinate everything. This is why some ppl didn't get what they were looking for - but ill let them to write their reviews on their own behalf, if they wish to do so. ++Our awesome guide Jackson did his best trying to fix it all ! ++
