Not reliable
We ordered 4-days safari Tarangire-Serengeti-Ngorongoro, instead of Tarangire they sent us to Lake Manyara! And in the end we did not see Tarangire National Park at all as if you are in the safari already there is nothing you can do! We wrote them and asked refund for the day we didn't get in Tarangire and there was no answer from them. I would definitely not recommend this company as you might not get to national park you wanted to go and for what you travelled to Tanzania at all! This company cannot be trusted!

It is said that the clients are always wright but please on this there is a problem on your side. Our manager says he offered you two options;
1- To go to Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro in a private, or
2 - To go to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro in a group.
You chose to go to option 1.. but on the last day while in Manyara you said that you also want to do Tarangire which was not on option 1.
However, thank you very much for taking your valuable time writing this feedback.

Friendly people . Nice food . They went beyond and prepared cake for my wife's birthday . I really enjoyed everything . They booked the hotel the transportation and the safari too. Reasonable price . They made my trip not only about the safari but they were part of the nice experince that i had .

The company answers emails very fast. Prices are really competitive in comparison to other safari companies. We were supposed to start our 3 day safari on 12th of January morning but due to flight cancellation we arrived in the afternoon. We were afraid that we would miss the safari but the company agreed to move the first day of our safari to 13th without additional cost - they were really understanding and flexible. That was very kind! The stuff was really nice - driver/guide sees everything (this is important during safari - if you are not experienced you don't know where to search for animals and you may miss lions lying on the trees, etc;))) and provided a lot of interesting information about the wildlife and the cook was sooooo nice (and the food he was preparing for us was delicious!!) This company is highly recommended! I would go with them again:)

3 Day safari and saw the big 5 in two days.
Had a great time on safari. Everyone we met from booking the trip to our guide and cook were really nice and cool people. It really was an amazing experience and would 100% recommend to everyone.

They kept time each time every time.
We were kept abreast on pick up and drop off times way in advance. The gentlemen who drove us were professional and made us feel at home. They were kind enough to answer any questions we had about Zanzibar.

Communication with the Company was regular making the pick up from the airport and transfers between hotels easy and effective. The drivers were friendly and punctual. The company used good vehicles which made the rides smooth and enjoyable.

Everything I imagined
Being a solo and independent traveller I had a few requirements for my safari choices when on Safari bookings.com and Fantastic Safaris kept coming up in my searchs. Solo traveller, any day start, price, sights and itinerary which were high on my list. I started the process of booking and payment which was all easily done by email/online and confirmed. Once in Tanzania before my trip, I was contacted to confirm things once again. Once on safari everything was handled really well. Great transportation with a very interesting and knowledgeable guide, our own cook with great meals and awesome sights of animals, scenery along with everything I imagined safari in the Serengiti to be. I would use Fantastic Safaris again if I had the opportunity of going on safari again.

As the name says, fantastic!
I did a 3-days safari from Arusha to Serengeti and Ngorongoro, everything went perfect. Our driver Richard and our chef were awesome, the camping sites among the animals and the areas we visited for sure are must see places at least once in life.
