It not easy to find a trusted tour firm that you can pay two month advance deposit and still get best service. this happened to me last year when i paid in advance and got unfair deal. When I book in April , Alfred assured me that he will make sure I got value for my money. yes he did it and I'm proud to recommend him and the team. I will definitely use you again in my December holiday.

Excellence Service
We had an opportunity to go to safari with Bencia for 8 days , the safari was enjoyable and we are grateful and encourage him to maintain the same service even to others. We had an instant where we had to cancel our flight and come 5 days late and as promised Alfred mad all the arrangement that we don't missed our plan tour as per package. Also to note Ben was a god guide and was able to show us many places including the famous 'Nyama choma' venue where we enjoy the roasted meat with a brown 'ugali'. We are also grateful for Charles and the two ladies in the office who made our work and plan perfect. We can not fail to recommend this firm and for anybody who want to work with trusted company for Kenya safaris.

Good Service
I was refer to Bencia through one of my friend who was in Kenya in January 2019. They praise his services. I di booking for December safari and I can say the company is good and i will always travel with them. Enjoyed Being in Safari with Bencia
We loved our safari with the best guide I should say. Mr Alfred, he enlightened us alot about so many animals in the park, we gave him our camera and on our behalf he took many of our photos.

Great Job
I visited maasai Mara with bencia and I really enjoyed it,the services were actually the best and Bencia kept their word by making sure they delivered,food was in plenty, everything was greatly done and without Bencia my trip would have been boring but they did make it enjoyable.

Amazing experience with super nice guide
Booked the tour 3 days before our flight from Europe.
Alfred from the office was super relevant and fast.
We arrived in Nairobi and the guide took us to Amboseli Park for a 3 day tour. Excellent guide, funny, discreet and smart!
I will recommend this agency to anybody going in Kenya or Tanzania

Amboseli park and Kibo camp
This was my first time visiting Amboseli, and my first time staying at a luxury camp (Kibo) with Bencia. I absolutely loved Kibo!! Amazing food and very comfortable in every sense. Our game drives were great, with George as driver/guide who is amazing!! We also got lucky with the weather and were able to see Mt. Kilimanjaro every day! The night sky/stars were also the best I’ve ever seen in Kenya. We visited a Maasai tribe nearby as well. Highly recommend the entire experience. This was also an appropriate amount of time to spend at this park - I wouldn’t recommend more days unless you wanted more time to relax at the beautiful Kibo camp, use their pool, etc.

We had a great tour guide. He kept us safe and was on time we were extremely happy with our services can’t wait to do it again when we get back to Kenya.
