Not the best experience
After the trip we were taken to their office like hostage to demand more money than we agreed and already paid cause they decided that they didn't make enough profit. Very poor customer service.
Be expected to pay much more than the original agreed fees as they will claim it is not included, e.g. entry fees. At one point we were asked to pay for the fuel cost!
Make sure to pay yourself entry fees as we realised we have been scammed and paid more than the entry fee. Unfortunately only realised this after the trip when we talked with out friends who visited the same attractions

Thank you for your review and we respect each and every clients comment, but its good to say the truth more than to lie on the forum, you booked 4Days Masai Mara and lake Nakuru mid-range accommodation Mara Jambo and Waterbuck Hotel, jeep option group joining eventually a day before safari you came in to our office said you want to add Lake naivasha hell gate and Mt Longonot to be part of you trip, Yes agreed to add 200Usd per person to stay at Kongoni Lodge and trip to be private and park you park fees direct for hell gate and Mt Longonot trekking that 30Usd Hellgate and 30Usd for Mt Longonot, later because it was not indicated on the receipts by office representative Mercy Komu when i she was giving you the receipts you disputed to pay the parks and we paid for you..who kept you in the office like in Hostage and who took your extra money its you who went with the company money..but no us Thank you so much

We booked the tour almost a year ahead and many things changed in the meantime.
Bencia was super flexible, changed the dates accordingly and made sure our experience remains the best possible.
From the moment they picked us up it was one stunning road trip customised to us as a couple.
We saw big 5 in 6 days, toured the most amazing parks and enjoyed the companynof our driver and guide Joseph, who was absolutely brilliant and caring all the way.

Amazing adventure!!
We booked four days Safari with Bencia (3 nights/4 days MasaiMara+ Lake Nakuru) and the whole experience was really fascinating.
Communication with the company was very easy, and safari experience was superb. Our driver was Joseph and our cook was John. We think It might be very difficult to find two people as good as them and as professional as them to travel around Kenia.
Joseph did his best to show us all the animals in both Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru and John cooked for us delicious food and made us feel really special. He is so a nice man. Joseph is also so kind and friendly and tried to answer all questions we asked him. He is an amazing driver and the best at finding animals (we met the Big five!) Thank you very much Joseph and John. See you Soon Bencia!!!!

Very professional and friendly Staff
Me and my friends we had a bless time in Masai Mara. The Driver, the cook, the travel assistant, the owner were very professional and friendly.
