Worst comparing to others
We have spend 4 days in Masai Mara with this company and it was worst of all game drives we had during stay in Africa.
- poor english of driver,couldn't cath a sense of the sentences
-car was not prepared for rain season( broken wipers, lack of solid tow rope, we were supposed to push car in mud)
- we were charged for tickets which never been paid ( company is cooperating on the side with gate keepers) however we received our game driver.The feeling we've been tricked was painful.Lies in your face. Plus was the food and they were on time with schedule.
To sum up -find someone cheaper or pay all tickets on your own.
They were the worst comparing to three other companies we tried during our stay in Africa.

Regarding the vehicle choice, we apologize if the budget van you booked posed challenges during the rainy season. Our budget option is designed to provide an affordable alternative, but it may not have the same capabilities as our premium vehicles. We apologize if this was not made clearer during the booking process. Regarding the entry fees, we want to assure you that we strictly adhere to park regulations, and all necessary fees are paid. We have verified that all payments were made for your visit and there should not have been any issues regarding entry fees because you have even admitted that you completed all the game drives as indicated in the itinerary. We still do not understand why you think we never paid the tickets and you still did the game drives smoothly.

Not the best experience
After the trip we were taken to their office like hostage to demand more money than we agreed and already paid cause they decided that they didn't make enough profit. Very poor customer service.
Be expected to pay much more than the original agreed fees as they will claim it is not included, e.g. entry fees. At one point we were asked to pay for the fuel cost!
Make sure to pay yourself entry fees as we realised we have been scammed and paid more than the entry fee. Unfortunately only realised this after the trip when we talked with out friends who visited the same attractions

Thank you for your review and we respect each and every clients comment, but its good to say the truth more than to lie on the forum, you booked 4Days Masai Mara and lake Nakuru mid-range accommodation Mara Jambo and Waterbuck Hotel, jeep option group joining eventually a day before safari you came in to our office said you want to add Lake naivasha hell gate and Mt Longonot to be part of you trip, Yes agreed to add 200Usd per person to stay at Kongoni Lodge and trip to be private and park you park fees direct for hell gate and Mt Longonot trekking that 30Usd Hellgate and 30Usd for Mt Longonot, later because it was not indicated on the receipts by office representative Mercy Komu when i she was giving you the receipts you disputed to pay the parks and we paid for you..who kept you in the office like in Hostage and who took your extra money its you who went with the company money..but no us Thank you so much
