Great value, amazing safari
My husband and I did the 3 day 2 night Amboseli trip in the Kibo lodge, starting and from and ending in Nairobi. Our guide was Peter - we loved that he was always early. We had our own safari van with a pop-up roof, which was fine for Amboseli and great for pictures. Naomi answered all of our questions, and met us before the trip to complete our payment. She was very professional -- and I appreciated that when I sent my inquiry, the price never changed (except the credit card surcharge, which is usual). Kibo Lodge was a nice place, and we were also easily able to add on a visit to a Maasai Village that was walking distance from Kibo. For anyone else planning the trip, it took us about 4.5 hours to get to Amboseli on Thursday morning, but over 5 hours to get back to Nairobi due to construction on the highway on Saturday afternoon.

Excellent Safari
Excellent value for money and well organised. Queries dealt with quickly and efficiently. Joel our driver/guide/spotter always extremely helpful and very friendly. Went out of his way to assist. I would definitely recommend company and Joel, and look forward to another safari in the future :-)

Amazing safari to Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli
We had a great time with Heritage of African Jungles on our 7-day safari to Masai Mara (3 nights), Nakuru (1 night), Naivasha (1 night) and Amboseli (2 nights) in October 2019. It was very easy to organise the trip with Naomi, who always responded promptly and was open about all the costs. The camps that Naomi suggested for our price range all turned out be excellent and in fact exceeded our expectations. She was also flexible and happy to customise our itinerary - as we planned to go to Mombasa after visiting Amboseli, she bought train tickets for us from Emali to Mombasa and organised transport for us from the train station in Mombasa to our hotel in the city centre.
Our guide at the safari, Peter, was always in a good mood and keen to share his knowledge about wildlife and more generally about Kenya. He was always early and patient with us (we took a lot of pictures!), and made a lot of effort to make sure that we had good sightings of animals (and Kilimanjaro in Amboseli). With Peter as our guide we felt that everything has been taken care of and that there is nothing we should worry about. He did this until the very end of our trip, making sure that we made it through security at the train station in Emali.
We managed to see each of the Big Five animals multiple times (lions, elephants and buffalos in Masai Mara and Amboseli, leopards in Masai Mara, and rhinos in Lake Nakuru). We were very lucky to be able to watch a leopard walking for about half an hour in Masai Mara. Other highlights include seeing lion cubs, a small giraffe that was less than one week old and a group of five cheetah brothers in Masai Mara, a large group of elephants in the Mara River, seven rhinos (including a small one) in Lake Nakuru and elephants in front of Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli. We also enjoyed the boat trip on Lake Naivasha and walking among giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and impalas on the Crescent Island.
Before the safari, we also went on a day trip around Nairobi (to David Sheldrick elephant orphanage, Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen's house) with Francis, which we also enjoyed very much. After the trip, we asked him for restaurant recommendations and the place he suggested turned out to be exactly what we wanted (very good and not too expensive food).
We highly recommend Heritage of African Jungles and will definitely book a safari with them the next time we come to Kenya! Asante sana!
A perfectly organised and carried out excursion into garden Eden (Amboseli, Maasai Mara Nat. Parks)
Our family has spent the last 5 days of the year 2019 on a Safari Tour with Heritage of African Jungles in Amboseli and Maasai Mara National Parks. The organization of the trip was excellent. We were picked up on time on the first morning by our guide Francis. He was not only a very charming, nice and caring person but also an excellent and reliable driver who safely guided us on the most difficult terrain through the National Parks, as well as being very knowledgeable about wildlife, and nature. It was really remarkable how he could spot animals hidden in the bush while navigating on muddy and bumpy roads.
Most significantly of all, he guided us to the right spots at precisely the right moments, so we could see, among others, lions and cheetahs often before other cars arrived. Leaving us to watch the animals quietly in their own habitat undisturbed.
The accommodations (Kibo Lodge, Sentrim Mara Lodge) in both parks was excellent, clean, friendly and offered good food.
We can highly recommend this company and would give them the top rating. If you are lucky and you have Francis as your guide you will enjoy a wonderful holiday in this garden Eden.

Fantastic Trip with Heritage of African Jungles!
My husband and I recently did a 10 day safari in Kenya and Tanzania that we booked through Heritage of African Jungles. We had a phenomenal experience dealing with Naomy and appreciated how meticulous she was with all of the details of our trip. She addressed all of our concerns and helped us plan a Celiac safe trip for my husband who has Celiac disease. We can't say enough about our driver Francis. He was personable, knowledgeable and flexible. We would highly recommend requesting him. We would absolutely use this company again.

Great safari in Kenya
We took 6 days safari + 1 day in Nairobi with Heritage of African Jungles. During this time we visited the Masai Mara, Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli national parks. We saw the most animals in Masai Mara. We are very pleased with our driver Francis. If we had to decide again, we would probably extend the safari by 1 day to be able to reduce the pace a little and enjoy the atmosphere of accommodation. During our trip it rained a lot, although it should have been a dry season, but the rains were mainly at night and did not bother, but the temperature was very nice (max 25 degrees, at night min. 17). If you would like to help local residents, try to do it wisely - handing out sweets through car windows teaches begging. Try to find a support organization operating in Kenya before going online, e.g. the Polish "They Have a Future" Foundation - ask them how you can help.

Perfect Christmas Safari
An absolutely seamless 9 day safari experience. From first contact through to the final airport drop off we could not have asked for a better safari experience. Naomy was arranged a brilliant varied itinerary taking all of the best Kenya has to offer.
Some long days travelling between national parks but not a problem given the comfortable vehicle provided. A special mention to our driver and guide Francis who’s service was outstanding, always flexible and managed to get us to where we needed to be for the best game viewing.
An extremely positive safari start to finish and have no hesitate in recommending Heritage of African Jungles for the ultimate safari holiday.

Our safari was simply amazing! Diligent guide, prompt communication and wonderful service!
Million thanks to Naomy and Francis (our guide) for 7-day and 2-day safari organized for us! Everything was just like I wanted - timing, safari experience, accomodation and communication. Special thanks to Francis for trying to find diverse wildlife for us, we were lucky to see a leopard three times during 7-day safari and that's for sure due to Francis' diligent approach. I also enjoyed communication with Naomy - I had many requests and all replies were prompt and relevant. I would definetely recommend this company to my friends.
