5 day, Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli - mid range
5/5

A big thanks to Naomi and Paul for this wonderful tour. Very smooth tour (except for a hiccup at amboseli, which we ended up sorting out). We went with a mid range option and am very glad we did. The accomodations were incredible. Particularly Osero Camp in Masai Mara. But all were fantastic, and offered great food.
Our favourite park was Masai Mara, the wildlife is so abundant, we saw so many things just driving to camp!
I would skip Lake Naivasha next time, it was a nice place, but didn't offer nearly as much as Masai Mara. We chose the boat ride option, and would recommend skipping it. It's expensive for what you get. You see hippo in Masai Mara and Amboseli.
Amboseli was amazing for the view. There are also so many elephant here, we saw a group of 60 at one point, incredible.
We were well looked after with this tour company and recommend it to other travellers.

Professional and friendly tour operator
5/5

Heritage of African Jungles (specifically Naomi) has been very professional, quick to respond and friendly in all of their communication. They were also very flexible and accommodating with the itinerary and payment. They never hassled or pushed for anything and genuinely cared to provide a great experience.

Our guide Francis was very hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable about the parks. While Amboseli and Nakuru might not require a lot of experience, in Masai Mara you really appreciate a guide who knows his park and he knew it well. Francis was always extremely respectful to both the animals and people, coming to the aid of other groups repeatedly throughout our trip (whether fixing their car or helping them push their car out of the river), he was always ready to help. Much like Naomi, he genuinely cared to offer the best experience possible.

Impeccable trip
5/5

We are very happy to have chosen Naomi who organized our 7 day safari to Amboseli, Nakuru, Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha. Everything was simply perfect: Naomi answered every question we had before we traveled to Kenya (and we had a lot of questions), she helped us choose our accommodation and buy antimalarial medication when we arrived. The trip itself was really well planned and organized: we managed to see everything without being late or in a hurry. Our first driver Joseph was really nice, friendly and professional but our second driver Francis was even better. They both did our best to make our safari an unforgettable experience. If we ever decide to travel to Kenya again, we will definitely ask Naomi to organize our trip. Thank you, Naomi, Joseph and Francis!

A breeze to book, a delight to experience
5/5

We visited Amboseli, Nakuru and Masai Mara over a period of seven days. Naomi communicated promptly and effectively during the booking process to make sure she could offer us the best experience for the best price. Francis was the friendliest, most knowledgeable, effective guide/driver we could have hoped for. He went out of his way to show us everything possible. We highly recommend Heritage.

Above and Beyond Service
5/5

They are a great company for safari in Kenya. Naomi of Heritage of African Jungles, organized my trip and it went smoothly. I saw all the Big 5, and more, in just 4 days, and it's not even a peak season. My trip was in October 2017. I think it is better to travel there off season as there are less tourists and vehicles crowding the animals in the park. (I went to Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru)

I was hesitant at first to continue with the trip because it will coincide with Kenya's re-election. But Naomi, put my mind at ease. And when I reached the airport at the end of my trip, I realized that I forgot something from the vehicle we used for the safari. I contacted Naomi, and she herself collected my thing from the driver and brought it to me personally at the airport. I'm amazed by this service and it was way beyond her duty. I really recommend Heritage of African Jungles to organize your trip.

Best trip ever
5/5

Myself and my husband are both nature lovers. We were always fascinated towards wildlife since childhood. This similar mindset and liking towards wild animals made us choose Kenya for our trip. The first thing I did was to browse all the package available on safaribookings.com. I wanted a package which had a comfortable stay and which covers all the places. Heritage of African jungles' package was the best I could spot and they were very quick and professional in their response too which made me trust them compared to other operators. I just loved the way Naomi(owner) answered patiently to all my queries. She even customised the package for me according to my wish. After all the wait when we landed in Nairobi she and her driver/guide Francis greeted us with a warm welcome. They were too kind and helping and we felt very comfortable. The stay for all 7 days wer excellent and especially the food was just wow. It broke our stereotypical thinking towards Africa and African food. All kinds of food were available and we just felt like home. People out there were very very nice and kind.

Coming to th safari part, Francis is an excellent driver cum guide who will do magic with the vehicle. Though the roads were bumpy at times, he drove with such an ease which proves his experience. We were able to spot the BIG 5 and also the wildebeest migration. Though in October there is generally no migration, we were lucky enough to spot the return migration of the wildebeests from Masai Mara to Serengeti. We had a lot of wonderful experiences like the spotting m of 4 cheetahs eating a wildebeest(very close view), lion and cubs eating on top of a hill, crocodiles and hipos fight when the crocodiles were going to attack a baby hipo, crocodiles eating an antelope etc etc. Our experience was beyond amazing which can only be experienced when you go out there. And I would definitely and firmly recommend heritage of African jungles for you to enjoy your trip to the fullest.

Brilliant. Trip of a lifetime ! If I could give 6 Stars for outstanding I would.
5/5

Our whole adventure was sublime from the start of our 7-day Kenyan safari until the end. Francis, Naomi and Joseph were the consummate professionals and they made our safari even more special, and we will genuinely not forget it for the rest of our lives. We opted for the mid-level safari with 4* lodges and every single one of them (2 nights Amboseli - Kibo Lodge, 1 night Nakuru - Lake Nakuru Lodge, 2 nights Maasai Mara - Mara Sopa Lodge and 1 night Lake Naivasha - Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge) was perfect with very high standards of luxury. Francis our guide was amazing...punctual, funny, kind, polite and a gentleman. He made sure we had the best time when out on a Game Drive, (Safari) We got to see so much wildlife in their natural habitat thanks to him and it was simply fantastic. I cannot recommend or speak highly enough of Heritage of African Jungles, my wife and I are experienced travellers and they didn't put a foot wrong. From picnics on the open savanna, to getting very close to lion cubs feeding, and elephants mere feet away on the trail, they get top marks for making it happen. Communication pre-safari was excellent and a deposit of 20% secured a trip that had been on our bucket list for years. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you guys for your hard work and wish you all the success in the world, you truly deserve it. Our upmost respect. Lee & Olya Bradley.

Exciting 2 weeks at East Africa with Heritage
4/5

Naomi feedback
In 15 days I have covered several parks including Amboseli, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Masai Mara expanding over two countries, Kenya and Tanzania. We also went to Kilimanjaro in Tanzania for a day trip covered Lake Nakaru and Lake Naivasha in Kenya. In this 15 days we stayed at various campsites, lodges, and hotels.
Naomi from Heritage of Africa spent hours over email and Facebook messenger to plan the entire trip according to my wishlist. This was our first trip to East Africa and she made it sure that me and my family, with an 11 year daughter, will be safe and comfortable throughout the trip.

During our stay we enjoyed all the parks having knowledgeable guides like Joseph, Peta, and Muini- among them we will rate Joseph the highest for his knowledge, constantly kept in touch with other guides to get the updates and his keenness to show us the best.

We landed at Nairobi airport at 2 am in the morning and our return flight was at 5 am in the morning. Naomi and Sara organized on time pick up and drop off. Time to time Naomi called the guides to make sure the tour was running as planned and their were no issues or grievances. The cars were in good condition, we did not face any problem relating to vehicles. Also in Tanzania, the land cruiser came with multiple bean bags which helped us quite a lot with resting our cameras.

Because of the knowledgeable and well connected guides, we had the experience of a life time and got the opportunity to see the much coveted African wild life including, the Big 5, and some very exotic and exciting moments like cheetahs hunting an impala, lion family eating their fresh catch of the day, cheetah jumping on top of a safari car, and wildebeests crossing the Mara River.

We enjoyed our trip to the fullest. I will personally recommend Naomi to my friends for their safari trip.

Asante sana Naomi and team.

brilliant, friendly company
5/5

I took my mother and brother to Africa for the first time and was concerned about tour quality. Booking trips for a country you havent been to is tough! If it was only me I'm not so bothered, but having my mother especially who worries and needs good quality services it was a big concern for me! During our week we used two tour companies and African Jungles was by far the best. The tour guide Naomi and our driver (sorry forgot his name!) were two incredibly friendly, helpful people. We had a wonderful day out with them, and would definitely recommend to any other Kenya travellers! Thank you :)
