Really Enjoyed Safari with Bush 2 City
Had a great experience with them. Ali, our guide, went above and beyond a number of times. The airline lost the luggage for multiple people in our group, and without our guide and Bush 2 City we would have had a tough time getting it back. They contacted the airline, and hand delivered all of their luggage while we were in the middle of our safari. We didn't miss a minute of our awesome safari because of it.
We also got to see some amazing animals throughout the week, and they accommodated our requests to search for specific animals. We got extremely close to many lions, and even saw a recent kill. Overall great experience and the lodges we stayed at were great as well.

12 day safari in Tanzania and Kenya
We chose Bush 2 City to organize our 12 day safari which covered Nakuru NP, Masai Mara NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro NP, Lake Manyara NP and Amboseli NP. We also had a day trek at Mount Kilimangaro.
From the first e-mail, Jackson over at Bush 2 City gave us a lot of information on the tour, what to expect, different options in order for us to create our fully customized vacation. the lodging offered was great, especially the night in the luxury tent in Serengeti NP where we could hear the lions roar and the elephants eating at night.
The 2 guides that we had were great and did all that was possible in order for us to see the most amount of animals and situations. our Tanzanian guide (Ally) was fantastic and also spoke English , French and Spanish!
Only slight downside: the quality of the vehicle for the Kenya portion of our trip (vehicle dated a bit, but it is due to the vehicle costs and taxes in that country). On the flip side, the vehicle offered in Tanzania was top notch.
Why pick a vacation with Bush 2 City: great staff that assures that your vacation well prepared and up to expectations before you leave. Cool guides that really make a difference while you are there. A local tour provider who is involved in the community: they help families send their children to school, pay fees and help gather clothes for locals. But above all, this is a small tour provider who is starting up, so they are doing all the small things so that you enjoy your vacation so that their reviews are good so that they can grow their business... pretty much a win-win for everyone. Our trip/adventure was worth every penny.

Best Trip Ever!!!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Safari with Bush 2 City Adventures. We started to plan our safari 7 or 8 months before our expected travel dates. Wilson and Jackson were always responsive to emails even with the international time differences. They had great suggestions to meet our safari goals. For example we did not want to just sit in the jeep, we wanted to meet people in villages and tribes and learn more about the different cultures and traditions. They accomplished this by incorporating visits and interactions throughout our itinerary.
The accommodations were all excellent and the food was delicious and plentiful. We really felt that we got a great value and trip for our budget. Moody, our guide, was knowledgeable and really added to the enjoyment of our safari.
We would strongly recommend that you consider using Bush 2 City Adventures for your safari experience.

Solo Summit of Kilimanjaro
Solo except for 6 porters, a cook, and guide ;-) Great experience. We slowly (pole pole) made our way to Barafu (base camp) on a 7-day trip. The ones who had the best time were the ones going slowly. No need to rush into camp. The reasons to go slow is to conserve your energy for summit day (7 hours of climbing) and dropping 10,000 ft later in the day. Many groups had an alpha person leading the group. Subsequent complaints of acute mountain sickness ensued from poor folks trying to keep up. Take it slowly! My guide was Joshua and Omari was my cook. Both did a great job. Kudos to Jackson (owner) for being a great person to deal with on many levels. Has a handle on providing great customer service. Even to the point of shipping my "lost" reading glasses to North America. That is over and beyond the call of duty!!! My last suggestion is to use the "rest step" and "pressure breathing" to conserve energy. If you need more info or need a brush up ask Jackson. He is well versed in conserving energy and making sure you have the best shot at summiting --even if your 65...

Perfect 5 day Safari - Tarangire and Serengeti
Thank you so much to Jackson and our guide Ali for coordinating an amazing 5 day safari! Everything was seamless. We were very pleased with the service, the lodges, the food...everything. Ali was fantastic at spotting animals, and we saw nearly 40 big cats (all 4 types, too) as well as 2 rhinos, and the great migration. I would definitely recommend Bush2City. I've used them multiple times - 2 safaris, 1 Mt. Meru climb, and will use them for an upcoming Kili climb -- every time it's an amazing trip!

Bush 2 City organized the perfect Safari!
I really enjoyed dealing with Bush 2 City. Through email they were extremely communicative and offered great suggestions to our ideas. The actual safari was organized very well. The guide was very knowledgeable about the parks and animals. The lunch was delicious. And the car was spacious and comfortable.
I would highly recommend using this company for your safari.

The best safari company out there
Eight of us did a 5 day safari after climbing Kilimanjaro. Bush 2 City is simply the best. Our drivers/guides where extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and always happy. Even from the interactions with the guides from competing companies you could tell that our guides were the most highly respected. The took care of everything for us and if you had a special request they would try to deliver. They are also a locally owned and operated Tanzanian company -- so the profits stay in the community. They are also extremely well priced since there is no western company skimming of the profits. I was just looking at an add from a popular western company -- they want almost 4 times what we paid for the same trip. Excellent value. Excellent company. Excellent service. Excellent people.

An outstanding company!
A group of us went on a 5-day safari with Bush 2 City Adventures. The guides/drivers and cooks were simply outstanding - knowledgeable, professional and happy in their roles. Mohammed and Aloise prepared us first rate meals and the guides could spot animals we would have never seen without their keen eyes and experience. We went to Manyara Lake National Park, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Olduvai Gorge and were lucky enough to see pretty much every animal on our list, even two Black Rhinos.
We were on a camping safari so Bush 2 City supplied everything - excellent jeeps, good stand-up tents, thick mattresses as well as tables and chairs.
Jackson, the owner, is extremely attentive to his clients and his employees. He is flexible, dependable, communicates well and seems to be able to make anything happen. He had arranged our Kilimanjaro climb as well and we were thrilled with the service on that trip as well.
I was astounded by the number of companies selling safari packages in Tanzania. Many are British, Australian or American-based but we were very happy to be supporting a local company. We do this at home so why not abroad?
I think we got the very best at a very reasonable cost with Bush 2 City Adventures and I would recommend them to my friends and family with no hesitation at all. If I ever go back to Tanzania, I’ll head straight to them for my arrangements.

Experience of a Lifetime
4 of us did a 4 day safari and then 6 day Kilimanjaro trip through this company. There are not adequate words to describe the wonderful experience we had. Our guide, Beatus Fungomali for safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Oldupai gorge was very professional, knowledgeable, and also a lot of fun. He took the time to make sure we saw the abundance of wildlife species and was expert at finding it. Arrangements for accommodations, food, comfort were all top-rate. The Kilimanjaro trip was well organized by guides Keddy Nathanael ( who was on his 50th summit of Kili!), Passian Moshi , Mohamed Iddy (our "stomach engineer" who makes the gourmet camp food and best soup anywhere), Julius Ernes, Herman Iddy, and all the hard working porters. This company has outstanding, trustworthy, quality people. The best part of this trip was the camaraderie. I agree with Thomas K "A journey is best measured in friends..." .

Great Safari
We did a 14 days private safari starting from Nairobi, Kenya going through Tanzania and ending up in Nairobi with this company.A company rep- Beatus came all the way from Tanzania to greet us at the airport. We went to Lake Nakuru first than to Masai Mara. After 2 days there we crossed over the border to Tanzania and went to Serengeti. From there we went to Ngorongoro and lake Manyara. We also climed the mount Kilminjaro but only to Mandara hut. We stayed near Arusha at the lake Duluti lodge. Then we went back to Kenya and to Amboseli Park. Hotels choice and arrangement was excellent. Our guide in Tanzania was Ali who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The company is small with 2 vehicles (Toyota Landcruisers) and an office in Arusha. Staff is friendly and this gives it a personal touch. It can improve on communication slightly as in the end when we changed our itinerary but we were not informed of extra charges till all the bookings were made and were non cancellable. But overall the prices are good and the service friendly. Travels in Kenya were handled by a sister company called Wilson travel.
