excellent circle route safari cross Kenya and Tanzania
We had an unforgettable 9-day, 8-night safari experience across Kenya and Tanzania, covering the highlights of the Great Migration. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, allowing us to explore iconic destinations like Maasai Mara, Northern and Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Amboseli.
Our travel assistant, Yvonne, was incredibly patient and ensured everything ran smoothly. Our guides, Simon and Bakary, were attentive and knowledgeable, making our journey even more enjoyable. Although we encountered a few minor issues along the way, they were quickly resolved, thanks to the team's professionalism.
Overall, it was a fantastic trip that captured the essence of the wildlife migration. We look forward to returning and continuing our exploration in the future.

5-star treatment throughout our safari – guide/driver, accommodation, safari jeep & communication
What a great holiday experience! From the moment of booking – which always feels nerve-racking when you book from abroad – to the drop off at our airport hotel at the end of our safari, Africa Mc Tours & Travel have excelled at their job. Peter's communication, from our first email onwards, was swift, informative and helpful – even when our itinerary needed to be tweaked. Anthony (our driver/guide) was a pleasure to be with and became a sixth member of the family over the four days we spent with him. And everything else, including accommodation & food, safari jeep and Anthony's knowledge of the animals and birds, was excellent (and he even found us elephants when noise of the wildebeest had send them into the hills!). As a family group, travelling with children and my retired mum, we couldn't have been better looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter, Anthony and the whole team at Africa Flash Mc Tours & Travel to other travellers.

One of the best tours I have ever taken
It had been my dream to travel to the national parks in Kenya and see Africa's rich wildlife including the Big Five (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard). I am glad that I chose Africa Flash Mc Tours & Travel. I first found them through safaribookings.com. They had good reviews and their contact person Peter was responsive from the start regarding my inquiries on their 5 day private safari package covering Amboseli, Nakuru and Masai Mara. Though a bit on the expensive side for us, it seemed to meet our requirements in terms of the itinerary as well as the accommodations and so we booked it about three months in advance with 50% of the payment made at the time of booking and the remaining 50% completed closer to the start date of our safari.
The safari vehicles provided during the tour were 4X4 Land Cruisers which is what you need for navigating the terrain in these parks. The top part of these vehicles can be opened during game drives for proper wildlife viewing and photography. We had two excellent tour guides cum drivers, Jackson and Simon, who left no stone unturned to help us spot and identify the different wildlife around us, and went above and beyond to cater to the needs of our family during the tour. I told them that we love to see all the wildlife but my favorite one was the leopard which is the hardest to spot among the Big Five.
During the five days of safari we spotted more than thirty different species of animals and birds, including elephants at Amboseli, rhinos and buffaloes at Nakuru and cheetahs and lions in Masai Mara. The crowning moment was perhaps our encounter in Masai Mara with the elusive leopard - a female and her cub, thanks to Simon who was our driver and guide for Masai Mara. It was the last of the Big Five that we spotted and Simon was absolutely determined to make sure that we did not leave Masai Mara without seeing the leopard.
The accommodations provided during the tour were all consistent with those described in the itinerary. They were comfortable and provided the much treasured experience of living in luxury tented camps situated inside the parks (Flamingo Hill Camp at Nakuru and Mara Sopa in Masai Mara) or in the proximity of park entrance (Kibo Lodge at Amboseli). Lying down on a comfortable bed at night inside the tented camps and falling asleep while listening to sounds of all the wildlife around is an experience in itself that all safari lovers will cherish. The spreads at all the buffets were amazing and the boxed lunches provided during the day game-drives were thoughtfully put together keeping in mind our dietary preferences (we had one vegetarian in our family).
In summary, I was blown away by the experience we had during the tour: clearly one of the best that we have ever taken. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if that were possible !

Great African Safari
It was my first African safari, my previous all safari tour was in south Asian and south east Asian. Big difference was extensive whole day safari, abundance of different animals found rarely in south and south east Asia. Owner Peter was very kind to solve any problem encounter during our tour (I find him he is a great music lover during conversation with my child). My guide and driver Dennis is a great entertainer, very charming person, very knowledgeable about African wildlife take us appropriate place in appropriate time, he is also try to make me happy when I was worried about my rest of family in Bangladesh ( In that time our country was experience a mass people movement against fallen government and mass extrajudicial killing) . Accommodation was average and Wi-Fi quality was not good, the journey from Nakuru to Amboseli was hectic but we also cover some part of Naivasha on the way . But compare our great safari experience it is not countable and we are happy with our overall experiences. Thank you very much to Africa Flash Mc to give us such a great experience, I have plan to visit other African country in future

Amazing Safari Holiday
We recently returned from an incredible honeymoon safari with Africa Flash, and despite some initial hiccups, we can't praise them enough!
The team tailored our trip to perfection, notifying hotels of our special occasion and ensuring a warm welcome. The carefully curated itinerary took us to stunning hotels and national parks, exceeding our expectations.
Our exceptional guide, Simon, was the true highlight. His expertise and passion for wildlife shone through as he skillfully maneuvered us into prime viewing positions, often mere feet from the animals. Simon's constant communication with other guides ensured we were always in the right place at the right time.
However, there were some areas for improvement:
• Africa Flash forgot to inform us that we needed a visa for Kenya, which caused unnecessary stress upon arrival. Thankfully, they expedited the visa process at the airport.
• On the first day, there was a miscommunication, and our guide wasn't aware of our arrival, leaving us waiting at the airport for over 3 hours.
• Communication regarding our lost luggage issue could have been better. While they ultimately resolved the issue, it took over a week, and we would have appreciated more frequent updates.
Despite these issues, we wholeheartedly recommend Africa Flash, particularly Simon, for an unforgettable safari experience. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them truly exceptional.

Exceptional Experience with Flash McTour!
My recent trip with Flash McTour was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, Edward from Flash Mctour ensured that every detail was handled seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty and adventure that Africa has to offer. The itinerary was well-organized, offering a perfect mix of excitement, education, and relaxation.
Everything during the 9 day trip was well prepair even beyond my expectation!!! Some details especially,i forgot to confirm with Peter befor my trip, but when i contacted him, always got a "Yes"answer!!! How is your feeling when you have lunch at a tabel in the reserve but when others
have on the ground.Condition of vehicle(Land cruiser) is very comfort too.
What truly set Flash McTour apart was the professionalism and knowledge of Edward. He is not only experts in the local wildlife and culture but also genuinely passionate about sharing their insights. Whether we were on safari, exploring vibrant local markets, or visiting historic landmarks, Edward made every moment informative and enjoyable.
The accommodations were comfortable, and the attention to safety was reassuring. And we all lived in the camps and lodges we booked.Edward and Peter catered to all our needs, including dietary restrictions, making the trip personalized and hassle-free. We felt taken care of from the moment we arrived until the very end.

All arranged but slow to respond.
We shortlisted FlashMc and another operator because they were the only two out of ten that reached us after the Gen Z protest. We chose FlashMc because it was flexible with our request of not staying in Nairobi. As other posts were saying, Peter is great in planning and replying to the customers, but once selected, the communication is gone.
Don't get me wrong, the trip was fantastic. Simon the guide was funny, knowledgeable and loves his job. The lodges arranged were great. But customers need the usual communication like what is the progress, when payment should be made, who would be picking up at the airport etc. Customers pay thousands of dollars and fly thousands of miles, and may have planned this trip for months. A bit of reassure from time to time would be nice.
There are a lot more than what cameras can capture. Seeing with your own eyes is more enjoyable than making your own Planet Earth channel.

Unforgettable Kenyan Safari: A Perfect Family Adventure with African Flash McTours
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on an unforgettable safari adventure in Kenya with my fourteen-year-old daughter, organized by African Flash McTours & Travel. From the moment we landed, the entire experience was smooth and professional, thanks to our tour consultant, Eston Manegene, and our phenomenal guide, Simon.
Simon's expertise and passion for the wildlife and local culture truly elevated the trip. He had an incredible eye for spotting animals and shared fascinating insights into the ecosystem and Masai Mara'sMara's rich history. Whether it was our first exhilarating game drive or witnessing the majestic lion pride, Simon ensured we had front-row seats to the magic of the African savanna.
Our accommodations within the Masai Mara National Reserve were comfortable and a sanctuary amidst the wild beauty. Every detail—from the delicious meals to the stunning landscapes—was well-coordinated, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highlights of the trip included the iconic migration of wildebeests, a serene balloon safari, and a heartwarming visit to a traditional Masai village, where we were welcomed with songs and dances that left a lasting impression.
African Flash McTours provided exceptional service, ensuring our safety and comfort at every step. Simon's guidance made this experience one that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the wild beauty of Kenya. Every moment was well-paced, safe, and thrilling—a perfect adventure for families or anyone eager to immerse themselves in nature.
This is an excellent choice for anyone considering a safari. You'll leave with memories to treasure for a lifetime!

Amazing experience - bad organisation
I did a 6 day safari and the organisation here was very poor. Despite being assured i’d have plenty of time for my flight out of kenya, i almost missed my flight whilst the driver insisted in dropping every other person off first as it was a more convenient route for him (they were travelling between 4 hours to 1 day after me, so not urgent and dropping me off first would have added max 15mins to his driving). Everyday of the safari there was a late pickup, a failure to communicate changes in the schedule. What was worse that the driver generally seemed to have not been told, or had forgot, the agenda of my tour from the africa flash so was constantly asking me things I had not been told either (eg the name/phone number of the driver i was going to be dropped off with for the next days, where the meeting point was).
I’m an easygoing traveller and usually dont mind this sort of thing on normal holidays but when you’ve paid a lot of money (as these safaris are expensive) you do expect that the organisation at the very least would be in place.
In retrospect, i think it would have been less stressful and cheaper booking the hotels, transfers and safaris myself. Even one of the hotels I booked in the tour was not where I ended up staying because according to the tour operator supposedly the hotel had overbooked so I needed to be moved to another hotel (given all of the other things i experienced - i suspect that they had just failed to book my hotel).
I’m giving it two stars because despite my complaints above i did have a wonderful experience, i’m just not sure how much the tour organiser contributed to that.

Posted on Nov 7, 2024Dear Elliott,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Creating a seamless and enjoyable safari experience is our goal, and we apologize for any stress or inconvenience you encountered.
It’s concerning to hear about the issues with pick-up times and communication around your itinerary. We recognize that, as a Group Joining Safari with guests staying at various hotels, staggered pick-up times can lead to delays. However, this should have been clearly communicated, and we’re addressing this internally to ensure all guides are fully briefed on each guest’s itinerary, especially for group safaris. We're sorry for any impact this had, particularly regarding your timely arrival for your flight.
We also understand the disappointment of an unexpected accommodation change. Unfortunately, due to an overbooking for one of the nights, we made the decision to upgrade your stay to Basecamp Masai Mara and adjusted your safari to be private in the Masai Mara. Our aim was to maintain the quality and comfort of your experience, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We’re pleased that you were able to enjoy Kenya’s beauty, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future to provide the experience we strive to deliver for all our guests.
Warm regards,
Peter M
