Fabulous holiday in South Africa
Thank you very much, Karina, for organizing ours once in the lifetime experience in South Africa. We were in Umlani Bushcamp and Elephant Plain Game lodges. Both lodges are fantastic and we really loved all the game drives. Also, our 10 and 13 years old children loved to be there and they really enjoyed to see all the animals and play in the swimming pools.
We are really happy with Karina's support to organize our trip. Karina's response time was always really fast and Karina managed to find new lodges for us even our flight schedule changed a couple of times. Karina also organized all transportations between airports and lodges.

Sabrina's ability to liaise & plan our 'bucket list' holiday, with an amazing outcome, world class.
I selected Safari online ahead of the many travel agents firstly because of the 1st draft itinerary, and then the quick understanding of what Nikki & I wanted to achieve with-in our time frame and budget.
Sabrina developed an itinerary to meet our exceptions and was understanding and patient in fine tuning our travel needs to develop a final itinerary that not only meet our expectations, but surpassed them with a life adventure that will be very hard to top.
Each and every safari, hotel , flight, airport transfer, etc went smoothly, taking into account that we traveled to 5 different countries, and had 19 transfers, 12 flights, and stay at 9 different accommodations.
The camps and hotels where of a high standard, we planned for an animal safari (got that in buckets), but also got a food safari, with high standard of food and services, but mostly of all great staff / drivers.

If you want to do a African safari, I highly recommend Safari online, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience
Thank you Sabrina and the SafariOnline team for making our family vacation such an excellent experience. We traveled to Africa before and did many safaris. We were looking for holidays that would provide us with something different than just another 2 weeks of game drives. Sabrina invested a lot of time (and patience) to really understand our needs and she was relentless in finding the best possible options. The result was amazing. We spent 2 wonderful weeks traveling in South Africa and Zimbabwe adding a bunch of new african experiences to our travel book. Everything was perfect: the logistics, the choice of lodges and activities, the flights, etc. Thanks again.

Great flexibility and service
Everything was very well organised -- from the first ideas of putting a trip together to the actual lodges/hotels offered and particularly the smooth transfers in between the various locations -- we had a blast!

Restful yet amazing!
Thank you Karina from Sarafi online for arranging a great and valued experience. We stayed at Umlani bush camp and had a great time. If you are after a resort style of experience than this is probably not for you,but if you value glamping, nature, great hospitality and food, then I can not highly recommend this enough..

Beautiful Botswana Safari
My husband and I went to Botswana and Victoria Falls for our honeymoon and I couldn't be happier I entrusted Safari Online to do the booking for us. Walter was our agent and he is top notch. From beginning to end he was extremely detailed, a great communicator, and just downright pleasant to work with. He consistently checked in with us as our trip time approached to make sure all details were in place and to make sure that all our questions were answered. When we took our trip, we couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. We just had to show up and there was someone waiting there to take us to our next lodge, plan, or car ride. We saw so many amazing animals on our safari and met some incredible people in Botswana and we will cherish those memories for life. Best vacation ever! Encourage everyone to experience Africa in their lifetime.
Karina Atkinson is the best! Working afar (US) was never an issue. She booked us the best vacation we have ever experienced. This was our 30 year wedding anniversary treat and it did not disappoint.
Service, communication was top notch. We did not have one issue on our 15 day trip! Says a lot about Karina and Safari Online. Encourage everyone wanting to see Africa and pending safaris, you can not go wrong.

every element the planning and execution of our safari tour was flawless.......safari online listened to us, guided us, and put together our time on safari for a perfect, unforgettable experience........every detail was executed ideally and i have nothing but praise for karina and safari online.
Safari Online was very professional and they were very quick in responding to all our concerns.
Our tour of Victoria Falls and Botswana was perfect. The lodges were wonderful and we were able to see so many wonderful sights and animals. Our three charter flights and crossing of the border between Zimbabwe and Botswana, all arranged by Safari Online, went smoothly. Walter Kohrs of Safari online provided excellent information on what to pack, which currency to use and information on what to expect about border crossings and at the lodges. He was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and always answered our questions and concerns promptly.

Walter is exceptional. His communications and his can-do attitude was brilliant and he responds quickly and positively to every email. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
Our holiday was not the easiest to organise as we had family coming from both Australia and the UK to celebrate a special birthday but Walter organised everything to the last detail, including organising accommodations and internal flights all to work seamlessly with the international arrivals. Really, from arriving at J'burg airport we didn't have to think about a thing. We were met, greeted and treated like VIPs everywhere we went.
We all loved every moment of our stay at Jamala, everything was super, the food was top quality and the staff were top notch. The safaris were fabulous and overlooking the waterhole meant there was always something amazing to see.
Walter, thank you so much for all the effort and work you put in to making this important family holiday run so smoothly. We cannot recommend you highly enough.
