Professional, hospitable and kind - five stars in kindness
The team at Baboon arranged a wonderful safari for my wife and I's honeymoon. Carefully accommodating the time we had available. Compared to some Safaris at many multiples of the cost, perhaps the vehicles weren't quite as new, but we all came to marvel at the same natural beauty. We saw every animal we might anticipate to and more, accommodations were comfortable, the food outstanding. (Occasionally the internet was patchy, but this is not Baboon's fault, sharing more to make other travellers aware).
The Baboon team itself however really excelled in hospitality. They set up a WhatsApp group for us, and were always a message away if we had questions. Don't hesitate to book with Baboon! Thank you Jemimah especially.

Our 5 days in Kenya // Excellent tour but can be improved
Our experience with Baboon Budget Safari was great, but it surely can be improved. We have booked 5 days tour with them. The owner Dennis and his team were very nice to us. Their response time was also quick and helped us with every doubt. On the last day too, Dennis arranged a vehicle for us to cover some other locations in Nairobi at an extra cost.
The driver was on time to pick us up at the airport. Our only bad experience was that the driver was not able to understand our English. He knew little English, and communicating with him was a problem. This continued for all five days. He even missed our lunch location but then Dennis arranged our lunch at a different location. But still, we lost time in the same.
But the driver was a very good-hearted person. He went the extra mile and even did offroading so that we could see all the animals. The effort was visible in him. He even asked other drivers about the spot of animals and then drove us there. He was with us at all times, and lastly drove us to the airport on time.
In short, I can recommend the Babbon safari to any traveler.
Babbon Safari- You guys can help improve the driver's English and provide him with internet access. He did not have Internet, hence he can't use Google Maps either.

Very caring and informative
Anthony was such an amazing guide and driver who took great care of us! He was so informative about the culture and the animals and ensured we managed to see the big 5. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a tour to book with Baboon Safaris!

Great price, friendly people, awesome animals
Dennis was great help beforehand and was quick to answer all my questions. The accomodations are basic, but clean. The food is decent, but I would recommend bringing snacks in case you get hungry during the day or do not like an option one night. Most importantly, however, the animals are SO great. The drivers know where to go and get you so close. Overall, I had a great trip and would recommend Baboon Budget Safari to anyone! I traveled alone and felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

Good service and fast response
Dennis is a nice person to deal with . Although my trip was not organized according to the plan which I have agree , it still good in term of the services . I managed to get some refund due to the disagreement, Dennis has helped me a lot on my Safari trip . I recommend to others

Five day safari
Great safari company for a budget safari. I went on a five day Masai Mara, lake Nakuru, lake naivasha safari. The experience was very good because of our driver Stanley. The company is very caring about ones wishes and preferences. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great value, fantastic experience
We had a 2 night 3 day safari in the Mara which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were attentive and friendly and the package was outstanding value for what was included. Accommodation is simple but it makes the experience more authentic!
