Great Safari with Baboon safari
I went to Mara for safari for 3 times, all with group and budget camp, and only this time with Charles (organizer) and Patrick (experienced driver), which made that trip was the best. We got big five, and many lions, cheetah. We were supposed to be in Naivasha on the way back, but seemed they forgot, after few minutes, they already arranged. Another driver came from Nairobi to pick us at transit place.

The best safari with the best driver :)
We were on 3-day safari in Masai Mara. Everything was perfectly prepared. Communication was very fast. Our guide Isac was the best, he founded every animal in Safari, he drives fast but safety, he was friendly and very helpful with everything. :). It was amazing experience. Thank you for everything :).

after paying the safari, Dennis tells me he has a budget problem and that the third day safari is canceled :(

day 1 : 6h drive between nairobi and masai mara 2h of safari
day 2 : 10 h of safari
day 3 : 5 h drive between masai mara and naivasha 30 mn boat and 2h drive between naivasha and nakuru
day 4 : 4h safari nakuru and 4h drive between nakuru and nairobi
In summary 16h of safari 17 h of drive

It was an awesome safari.I enjoyed a lot. seen lots of animals. i have also seen migration satisfied
it was nicely orniased , well planned in a budget i can afford. drivers and guides were well trained. Dennis the budget safari manager was friendly and helpful, quick in answering any issues.

Truly the best within budget- Baboon Budget
I had booked a 5 days trip with baboon team with Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru and had a chance to see all the big five and migration as well.
Many thanks to Mr. Dennis, Mr. Albert and specially our driver and host- Mr. Gipson.
It was a real fun trip and very well coordinated though we had multiple complex team mebers with different schedules altogether. The team managers are so good in handling and in hospitality. Mr. Gipson is an amazing and helpful driver who ensures that customers see every animal available in Masai Mara.

Really good organization
I travelled alone to Kenya for enjoying a 5 days Safari.
The trip was as described in the agreed Agenda; our guide/driver had a really professional behabiour; all Parks we visited (Masai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha) were wonderful and we could see the 5 five... This Safari Co. so recommendable!

Amazing safari, not the most professional company
I travelled alone to Tanzania and booked through Baboon Budget. Let me state that the guides were great and the location amazing. What was not the best was the communication ahead of time. I chose a total of 4 lodges for my 10 days safari between Serengeti and area and Selous. I only stayed at 1 of the 4 I chose. Abram who handles trips in Tanzania seemed a little sketchy. He tried to change my itinerary and changed my lodges. Warranted I ended up in better places. I would go back there in a heartbeat but I probably would not book with them again. I didn't appreciate itinerary changes and not knowing where I was going to be staying.

Overall we had an amazing experience on safari, also our driver was very knowledgeable and friendly
Good points:
Food – it was always hot and cooked fresh, there were always options for veg and non veg
Additional add on’s such as Lake Nakuru were worthwhile paying for as they added an extra experience and sometimes gave us a break from being the van
Campsite – all 3 were very decent, bed linen, towels and hot water. Always had a bed and mosquito net and there were areas to hang out after meals
Scenery! The views were amazing, regardless of whether this was in the parks or driving across the country!
Driver – Ambrose was excellent, very knowledgeable and always knew the places to find the animals with the best views
Points to note:
Generator – power only for certain amount of time, always check before going to sleep what the timing will be
There is a possibly of having ‘outdoor’ toilet and shower
You will need your passport to get into Masi Mara Park
The distance of driving was more than expected, especially from Lake Nakuru to Amboselli
It would be good to have a map to understand distances covered and the different areas
Be prepared to be sold merchandise at each stop/break
Collection at the airport was confusing. Had to call and text Dennis (an international call!)

Impeccable service
We had an amazing experience in beautiful Masai Mara. We had Ambrose and Joseph as our guides. They are extremely nice, helpful, and bubbly. Though the awful road conditions, they made us feel like nothing is a real big deal. They knew exactly what they do, even in difficult situation they remained calm. A true Hakuna Matata! They went out of their way to make sure that we are happy. Even in the jungle, we felt safe and comfortable. It was indeed a home away from home. And of course, Dennis was super helpful and responded to everything we wished for. They did not only provide the high standard service but also warm friendship. Highly recommended.
