The best safari I had with a great tour driver who has all the info we needed in our safari.
5/5

We did a 4 days group joining safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro as part of
our honeymoon adventure,Moses the driver guide was excellent and very well
knowledgeable.I am looking forward in doing the Kilimanjaro hike with my workmates
early next year with the same company and hopefully with Moses again...thumbs up for the good work and the surprise honeymoon gifts.

Good safari experience
4/5

Our overall Safari experience was great. The driver (Thomas) was great and would always be on time for all of our trips. He communicated very well and spoke good English. We specifically enjoyed Ngorongoro the most of all of the parks we visited - Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Serengeti and Manyara.

Shamefull Service and Communication
1/5

I was supposed to arrive to Arusha, Tanzania on June 12th at 9:30am, get picked up, pay my tour and depart for Ngoro Ngoro. When they picked me up and took me to the office they told me that I couldn’t get on the booked Safari because they had already left. When I asked why they had left they told me that Safaris leave at 8:30 always. There was never a chance to get on it. I called the guy who had booked this for me who was called Odera on his cell (he was't there at the time) and he told me to my face that I was never going to be able to get on that Safari. So he had lied to my face and he admitted it.
After talking on the phone for some time and seeing that he offered no solution to this other and something close to “such is life” I was stuck in Arusha with no hotel booking, and no Safari.

I ended up booking a Safari of course but had to pay them USD 200 more for a tour half day shorter than my original booking. I told them this and they didn't care. If I wanted to go with them I had to pay...

The Safari is OK, but Service and Communication is terrible. I've travelled everywhere and it is the first time this happens to me. I'd never book anything else through them.

Jambo zirolli,

Sorry about the bad experience while in Tanzania,

It all started when we had communicated to the group that you were to join that they will wait for you in arusha upto 10.30-11am before you can all depart together for the safari and we will compensate on the last day extended game drive for the lost time,at the beginning they had all agreed but when it reached 10am the started complaining so they had to depart and you had to spend the night in arusha which we(the company) paid for and gave you a complimentary for the same on bed & breakfasts basis.

The 200$ was to pay for your flight ticket from serengeti to kilimanjaro airport since you wanted to be there earlier.

We are sorry for the trouble caused and we will offer a complimentary 2nights stay in arusha in B/B basis for a single room for you or a family member or a friends next time you will visit Tanzania.

Regards

Robert
