Simply careless and borderline dishonest
We had a terrible experience having rented a unit in Diani Beach Golden Sands Diani Kenya from Acheche tours. The unit was advertised as one thing and when we got there quite different. Very many things were not working and the entire complex where the apartment is located is derelict condition. Elevators not working, busted ceilings boards, pool with overgrown grass and no pool chairs.. I can go on forever. My key grip is with Acheche tours. They did nothing to resolve the issues. Ann claimed not to have known about the condition and yet took the money. And simply stopped responding to us. You plan your trip with Acheche at your own peril

Best adventure experience of my life thus far.
We had an amazing experience with Acheche Luxurious Travel on our Kenya & Tanzania safari.
Ann and her team took there time with us. We were aware of where we were going and visiting. Acheche included us in all the planning and putting together of this trip and it was a great thing.
The landcruisers used were of good quality. The Driver was kind and knowledgeable. The camps and lodges booked were exceptional. We really had a good time.
We got the best from the best we recommend Acheche Luxurious Travel anytime.

Amazing, wonderfull, great experience
Everything have been organised perfectly, the 3 lodges were with all conforts nice food nice view, swimming pool with kilimanjaro water it was amazing in Amboseli, tsavo west the lodge have a wonderfull panoramic view we have see twice leopard.

An memorable experience ever. We booked our kenya safari with Acheche Tours and they offered us 5 star services. Everything was above par & perfect. Acheche team were very proffesional. Absolutely engaging, detailed and delightful even for my 3 1/2 year ild
What an amazing professional team. We just ended our 7 days Kenya and Tanzania four parks safari. They handled everything efficiently from pick up from the house to drop off. We had children and they made sure they were never left out. Anytime we needed something they came through. The drivers were friendly and we had fun all through thank you. This is the first tour operator in Kenya that allowed us to work step by step with them to plan this trip. As i seat at home now all is say is thank you to Acheche Tours and there wonderful team. I recommend them to anyone out there.
Excellent trip management for safari
Acheche arranged nice 5 star trip for 7 day safari. It was nice experience with wild enimals. The accomodation was luxarious and food was good. Pickup drop, air everything was well taken care off.

Awesome Experience in Africa
The experience with Acheche Tours was awesome. They not only booked best Hotels in Different places they even managed the best view rooms for us. Chartered flights were in time and the car was good too. Their guides were professionals.

Outstanding tour Agency!
I used Acheche Tours to book a trip to Mombasa and was extremely satisfied. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Their service and response time is Excellent. They will book any aspect of your trip and are available should you have further questions or changes. Our driver Omar was friendly and very professional. He was always on time and has a wealth of knowledge about the area which adds to the trip. Our accommodation was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about Acheche tours. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Experience of a lifetime !
i had arranged a 6 day tour for my parents through Acheche Tours covering Mount Kenya/Ol Pejeta/Samburu / Masai Mara and boy! it was an awesome trip my parents would never forget. Ann from Acheche tours is a gem of a person and she was available all the time if we had any queries through whatsapp .. the communication was par excellence ! Does she even sleep ? Love the dedication... I was literally tension free knowing that Ann had it all taken care of and her passion towards clients satisfaction was exemplary. I would highly recommend anyone planning for Safari to do try these guys out plus i have not seen anybody give a better value deal than Acheche and that too during the peak migration period . Keep up the good work !

Acheche is the best tour operator ever. If ever you want a safari done the way you want, this is your best travel partner. It was great pleasure to go on Safari with them. They made sure we were comfortable, well taken care of and not forgetting the fun we had. They organized everything for us form the beginning to the end. Being the first time on a Safari I can say that it was superb, amazing and memorable. Acheche team is efficient and professional. Their drivers and tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly.
