Delivering the magic of East Africa
5/5

Our Team at Fisherman's Camp and The Rift Valley festival on Lake Naivasha have been sending our clients on Safari with Issac for many years now. None are disappointed with the quality of the Safaris on offer, the service delivered and the unique, as well as vast knowledge of Issac himself. We can only highly recommend anyone to Eco-Bushman Safaris. Happy journeys guys!

Issac Ouma an amazing guide
5/5

WE met Isaac in Kenya. We were interested in Birding as well as animals but had little budget.
Ouma's knowledge of not only the birds we wanted to sight butactually where each specimen could be sighted amazed us. Everytime we saw a bird he would flip the page on our bird book and thus give us posetive identification. We walked amongst many animals with his guidance.
In ten years of doing nothing but looking for the world’s birds Isaac Ouma is the most dedicated birding and animal guide we have enjoyed. He is as capable of organising a 3 country all inclusive luxury safari with air-conditioned vehicles, the best hotels or , chefs, food and wines as he is in organising a budget four day safari.
His only wish is that his clients return home glowing with knowledge of his Kenya and its wildlife.
We highly recommend him. Now we will return to Isaac in 2014 with our grandchildren

Best of Africa's nature & wildlife served with contageous entusiasm and great knowledge!
5/5

Since I myself am a biologist I expect quite a lot of knowledge from my safari organiser. With Isaac Ouma as guide to several destinations in Kenya - The Great Rift Valley with Lake Naivasha and surroundings, Lake Baringo, Lake Victoria with the fishing village Kitale, Saiwa swamp and Kakamega forest as well as the world known Maasai Mara national park, all my expectations were met and more.
Isaac's bird knowledge is second to none and his enthusiasm for his country and African wildlife and nature highly contageous. Visiting these destinations showed the multitude of habitats and animals that Kenya has to offer. Isaac is humble and flexible and will go the utmost to reach any wishes, be it monetary restrictions on accommodation, specific wish sightings, off-track destinations, including cultural aspects such as having local brewed beer in town etc.
I did my safaris with Isaac in 2005 and if I were to plan any future trips to Africa I would definitely do them with Isaac and Ecobushman.

Picturesque African learning adventure with the excellent Isaac Ouma as knowledgeable guide. Superb.
5/5

Greatly enjoyed our wildlife explorations with Isaac, and therefore honoured to be able to recommend his services.

We shared 10 days in total with Isaac, and were able to craft a range of inspiring experiences - watching the behaviour of pregnant animals, and with walking, cycling and driving tours! Cycling in the footsteps of Zebra, through to tracking Hyena! We also got to see certain birds that are on the brink of extinction - with Isaac both recognising their cry and mimicking their songs to grant us this opportunity.

Not only is Isaac keen to share his vast knowledge of the Natural World, he is also seeking to instil sustainable safari practices. This is obvious from his engagement with local communities, where he inspired the youth through awareness of both the natural resources and risks.

If your objective is simply to take photos of "The Big 5" game animals, then perhaps you could opt for any of the tour operators. Often those
"Wildlife Guides" cannot track the animals, and rely on their radios to inform one another of sightings; and therefore congregate as multiple vehicles around solitary or small groups of animals... Not our approach. We prefer to learn through observation, to see the animal behaviours - and as a result to catch glimpses that are far more unique. Our experiences were far more tailored, and far from anything "off the shelf".

We went with open minds, and returned with superior knowledge and new friendship. Thank you Isaac, we hope to return for new adventures with you!

ps: ask Isaac for the story about how his vehicle obtained a small dent in the bonnet (hint: it was me!)
