Quick turnaround, great safari!
We were already in Daressalaam when we contacted Zed for a quick 3 day safari. We visited their office cause we were staying in the same tower block. We only had three days to spare so it wasnt a big safari but nonetheless there were a few options. Fatema and her team walked us through our options in detail, showcasing the highlights. One thing that was evident was that these guys loved to sell Tanzania, almost enticing us to stay longer and go for a bigger safari. We eventually settled for Udzungwa and Mikumi.
Our pick up was bang on time, the transfer was smooth with a fairly talkative guide. We were advised to leave early to avoid traffic, something to watch out for while in Tanzania. The safari was great, we were lucky with the wildlife. The hotel arrangements were spot on, exactly as described - no frills and fancies. The safari made what would have been a boring business trip pretty memorable. I'd surely recommend the team at Zed Safaris to anyone who wants to do Tanzania.

Excellent planning and execution
My husband and and I were in Tanzania in March. We booked our vacation with Zed Safaris (8 nights / 9 Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara and Serengeti). This vacation was an experience of a lifetime; a must do for those who like wildlife and travel. The staff at Zed Safaris were very professional throughout the booking process and the vacation itself too. Everything was in place as promised including domestic air transfers, airport pickups and transfer to the hotels. A representative also called periodically to check and make sure everything was going smoothly.
Tanzania is a must do, and Zed Safaris is the team to do it with.
