Personal, professional, amazing knowledge – simply an excellent service and a wonderful safari!
I want to thank Steffi and Mark of Gondwana Tours & Safaris for their excellent service from the very first email to my final departure. My wife and I had a breathtaking trip to the Victoria Falls and the Okavango Delta and thanks to Gondwana everything went perfectly well. The recommended camps and lodges were all superb, with very friendly service and stunning game drives (we saw lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, wilddogs, buffalos, lots of elephants, hippos, crocs and much more!). The itinerary that Steffi had compiled was totally tailor-made according to our wishes and expectations (walk with Sylvester the cheetah at Elephant Camp in Vic Falls and the Khwai River Lodge as the highlights!). She gave prompt answers to every single question we had previously and she and Mark were available during the trip for 24h. Mark met us at the airport in Maun to welcome us and make sure that everything went alright. He double-checked all the flights and even helped us with the check-in. After all we can highly recommend Gondwana Tours and Safaris as it might be hard to find another tour-operator with such a personal and professional service. First class!

Wonderful experience with the flight connections and camp activities all superbly organised.
Thanks so much to Mark at Gondwana Tours. The suggested camps provided excellent and complementary experiences - game drives at Pom Pom, water-based activities and nature walks at Maremi Crossing. Mark met me at the Maun airport to ensure everything ran smoothly. The light plane connections were well coordinated with the camps. The accommodation at the camps was superb. On my way back mark again met me to check that everything was OK. Superb efficient and friendly service.

Fantastic experience with GT&S in all respects!
From the first email to the last, my dealings with Gondwana Tours and Safaris was first class. Steffi and Mark were prompt in their responses and always willing to cater to what I wanted from my safari. My trip was tailored to exactly what I wanted to see and within the dates required, even at short notice.
I received a detailed program and timely answers to all my queries, no matter how trivial.
There was no question or request too hard.
All in all, I had an amazing time away and would thoroughly recommend Botswana and Zimbabwe as destinations and Gondwana Tours and Safaris as the way to get there.

Excellent tour operator
Good safari operator, with nice advices about lodges and camps. I had no problem with the trip, everything had happened as previous combined.
Gondwana provided us with the best holiday in nearly 50 years of traveling.
Our safari in Botswana was spectacular. Mark Hathaway helped us plan the trip; he was responsive from the first email. Everything we asked for he provided, quickly and pleasantly. Mark met our plane at the Maun airport when we arrived; he met us again the next morning to see us off on the safari. He even sent us a bottle of wine to one of the camps, as well as a birthday card to me. We've never experienced such great service from a tour company before.
The safari itself surpassed our expectations. The accommodations were lovely, the food fabulous and the camp personnel friendly and professional. If (when) we book another safari, it will be through Mark.
