Huge kudos to Lillian Wangari for putting together our action-packed, fully customized safari excursions across Kenya these past 2 weeks! We travelled from Nairobi to Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Mombasa, and more. What an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime adventure all coordinated by Lillian! She listened to and accommodated all of our multi-varied destination requests with attentive, immediate customer service; to the point of feeling like we were her only client. The accommodations she recommended were top-notch, given our budget constraints and complexity of required travel arrangements. Lastly, the tour guides she individually selected for all of our destination location were so knowledgeable, informative, and customer service oriented. You definitely won't be disappointed by booking with this tour operator; and especially if Lillian is your travel coordinator!
