Great holiday experience

Reliable, friendly, knowledgable and accommodating
We used Vacay for day trip experiences in and around Nairobi. We had a big group and Vacay catered for all needs. Having David on board added an extra level of professionalism, confidence and reassurance. We had an exciting and well run holiday in Dubai, they kept in touch all the time to ensure we're ok
My 9 year old son and I had a fantastic time. Each day was preempted by a detailed message on the activities set out for the day, pickups and activity duration time and driver details. There was constant feedback to ensure we were picked and on our way. We added an activity midday and were very happy when it was seamlessly executed and we were sent tickets and the transport logistics rearranged to enable us attend the additional activities we wanted. William kept checking on us to ensure we were okay and updating me and checking if I had my tickets and confirm I was able to view them on my phone and we were getting on well. Thank you for making Dubai and amazing experience for us.

Easy & enjoyable. An unforgettable experience.
Our trip was beautifully planned & managed by Leonarah. She listened to what we wanted and tailor made a 4 night 5 day package which couldn’t have been more perfect for us. She made the whole process enjoyable which added to the entire experience. It was lovely to meet her the day we flew to the Mara, her friendly & bubbly personality made us feel in safe hands and even more excited for our trip. A big thank you to David also who advised us on the nitty gritty details! The two camps, Leopard Hill & Eagle View should be on everyone’s bucket list; magical places with a wonderful team. The operations manager (Leonorah) is the best. Efficient, reliable, friendly and communicates even past her working hours incase of any changes eg flights. I have travelled with them several times and i have enjoyed my vacations to the maximum and seen the worth of the money spent. I would totally recomend them.

Incredible safari experience with the amazing Martin!
From start to finish we could not have asked for a better trip. Leonorah provided us with all the information we needed when booking the trip and was really helpful in making sure we were doing everything that we wanted to do. The accommodation was fantastic and we were looked after in every place we stayed at. Most importantly I have to mention Martin our tour guide we really enjoyed getting to know him on the trip and he looked after us from the beginning, till the very end. He went above and beyond to really make sure we got the best of our experience, everyday brought new animals and we saw pretty much everything going, except for the elusive leopard, although that wasn't through lack of him trying to find it. Thanks to all involved, you were recommended to us by a friend and I will 100% be recommending you to anyone too!

Perfect experience form start to finish
We had an absolutely perfect experience with Vacay Holiday - and it was significantly less than the two other quotes I received for the exact same holiday. Leonarah’s prompt, friendly, and personal service provided a truly bespoke safari, and it was as if we had personally interviewed and selected our game driver/guide Dan Kim. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and fun and we are already trying to figure out how to convince our family to come to Nairobi so we can book again!

Excellent communication skills
I worked with Leonorah from vacay holiday deals and she was patient enough to look through dozens of places to find the best package for me. The responses were on time and we got everything we paid for. I was very impressed that she also made an effort to check on us everyday of the tour and ensured the service was excellent . The tour was amazing and the place we got was value for our money. The driver also did a good job to ensure we maximized our drive through Maasai Mara and was punctual as well. I was very happy with the trip and will definitely book with vacay holiday deals again and soon.
