Fantastic experience with Vacay
I am extremely pleased that I decided to book my safari with Vacay holiday deals. David replied to email communication within hours, had everything confirmed for us, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything from the airline to the park fees we'd have to pay, and even emailed me a reminder about needed items before we left! Everything went smoothly, and it was the trip of a lifetime. I cannot recommend them more!

Very efficient operator, great service, great deals
We used Vacay holidays to book our Kenya Safari. The communication was excellent and timely from the beginning and the options for lodges we received were excellent. Our contact was David and he helped us and answered all of our questions every step of the way. We ended up booking to stay at Neptune Mara Rianta Camp, which was superb and also booked a hot air balloon ride. Everything was organised to perfection, there were absolutely no issues and our trip could not have gone more smoothly! We highly recommend Vacay for your next safari trip!
Fantastic time in Amboseli

Efficient and friendly service
Communications throughout the process were excellent including while on safari, the service was great with all extras and options clearly explained, the payment and ticketing process was relatively easy and the safari at Governors Camp was fantastic. Overall the experience was above and beyond my expectations and I would certainly use Vacay again.
Took time to work with us
Vacay took a lot of time to work with us. They educated us on different options, and helped guide us to what we wanted when were sometimes unsure. They went above and beyond to set up our trip for us. They helped book all of the details with lodging, safari, and transportation, which took the hassle and stress out of it for us. We were so happy in the end with our safari and camp. The trip was perfect.
