Efficient, timely and wonderful
We got information as and when requested. We loved the hotel from its whole ambiance to the service provided. Loved it
All i had to do was pay, and check in.
Vacay took care of all the planning and booking. The communication and response time was really good. I also like how they called on the date of arrival to make sure everything was OK with the booking. Thanx Vacay :-).

Great service, prompt communication
Vacay sorted out a last-minute booking for our group of four to Maasai Mara just when hotels and camps were starting to fill up quickly. Very patient with our requests, worked within our budget, and quick & professional with email communications. They arranged a great trip for us with our private transport and an excellent driver to boot. All fees itemized and no hidden or surprise charges. We've now booked with Vacay twice and will definitely use them again in the future!

They provided an experience worth much more than they charge
Vacay's customer care provided timely communication. We did not even to visit their offices for payment. All we did was deposit the cash in their account and left the rest to them. And the safari was just as we had imagined!
