Nairobi park day tour
Highly recommended day tour of Nairobi park. Communication was easy via WhatsApp and email. William our driver did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Finally able to see the rhinos after missing them in Mara. What set them apart for us though was all the help they provided in helping us solve a very stressful COVID test situation. Long story short we needed to get an immediate 2nd COVID test and they set it up for us. Even driving us to the airport to get it accomplished. Great customer service. Highly recommended

One of the absolute best you guides I have ever had the pleasure of booking with.
This tour was towards the end of our exploration in Kenya and it was the absolute best way to possibly end the trip. From being picked up on time, to the knowledge the operators had, it was one of the best experiences of our lifetime. We did a lot in a very short time because we were under time constraints but they were kind enough to cater to our schedule and help us with all of our needs.

Perfect open tour van trip
Perfect tour it was. An awesome tour guide, saw lots of animals. Its was thrilling watching lions stride past you in an open van.

Excellent day safari
Went on a 1 day safari to Nairobi National Park as well as the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage & Giraffe Centre. Lawrence the driver was excellent and went to the ends of the earth ( or all over the National park) to find all the animals for my 3 YO daughter. The entire day went well and the communication between Stella and myself from booking to completion of the safari was exemplary.

I contacted Kenya Day Tours & Trip to book the Nairobi National Park Tour for my parents, son and myself.
From my initial email, the ongoing communication with Stella was nothing but STELLAR!! She is very efficient and made this booking so simple.
Stella was also very accommodating when I had mentioned to her that my father had recent hip surgery and walks with a cane.
Tony (our driver / guide) arrived on time and was great! We did the tour in a land cruiser - any open roof top is a must for this tour. He made every effort to ensure that we were able to see as many animals as possible while at Nairobi National Park.
The overall NNP tour was great!
I would highly recommend using Kenya Day Tours and Trip to anyone.

Great communication and organisation of the tour
Stella was extremely organised and it was easy to communicate concerning the tour. She brought nice small presents before the tour and organised a discount where possible (e.g. rent of binoculars or smaller deposit payment). They also had no problem to pick us up and drop off in the suburbs of Nairobi where we were staying (an extra 1 hour drive from the center of the city).
However, as it was only 3 of us, Stella joined us to the other group travelling with other agency, so in fact Baboon travel agency took us to the Masai Mara rather than Kenya Dau Tours. The guide was friendly, he found a lot of animals for us and seemed to know other drivers well, so he got a lot of advice where to go to find animals, though the driving was sometimes agressive. The cheapest lodge (Miti Mingi) that we stayed in was really close to the park gate, but it was very very basic - no hot water, tent cramped with 4 single beds, common spaces very cheap and uncozy, though you get what you pay for.
Overall Masai Mara was a great experience and I would really recommend contacting Stella with any travel plans in Kenya.
Reasonably priced, good service, memorable trip
I would thoroughly reccommend Kenya Day Tours & Trips for a budget visit to Masai Mara. Our driver was very pleasant, the camp was basic but conveniently located and served its purpose, and the activities are as communicated

Nairobi day tour
We booked a day tour of Nairobi to include the Sheldrick elephant orphanage, Giraffe Center, and Karen Blixen museum. Our guide, Maurice, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable of the area, very pleasant and informative, and picked us up right on time. Stella did a great job with the booking and there were no issues. Excellent day tour!

Professional Service - Prompt Response - Excellent Driver/Guide
Stella was a joy to work with - responded quickly - our driver, Maurice, was excellent. He brought us to a fabulous place for lunch and took care of us the entire day. We visited Sheldrick Orphanage, Karen Von Blixen Home, and Giraffe Manor. Highly recommend this wonderful tour company.
